I have a question this will be perhaps a long read...
I remember in the Bible that Jesus asked his disciples to purchase two swords, not for the purpose of killing or blood shed but, for protection and perhaps intimidation, well I don't have swords but, I do have 2 I identical chair leg sticks that I call praise sticks, because I praise God/Jesus with them when I was selling stuff at times, remembering who was the one to give good favour and increase, but my question is...
would it be wrong to simply intimidate and use them for protecting myself, people that live in my house, and property from family that keeps tearing up our property?, my aunt has pretty much had it with her vile brothers and sisters tearing up the house and our property so I was pondering using the sticks to say like warn said family causing damages to quit or that I may take to using them to keep them off them premise, I mean I feel they may keep on to point of my aunt unhinging her sanity, I feel she has suffered too much and want to help, but, my family doesn't take me seriously so all the more reasons I thinking on resorting to this.
I realize this could be domestic violence or cause more problems but, they aren't reasonable people, they have no respect for property or even my Aunt anytime I have managed to get them to back off is with being rather direct and angry with my voice as well as with threatening something, like for example my father finally backed off and left after I told him his stuff was next to go when he was bothering me while I was trying to get something done, purposely going out of his way to be a jerk.
In the past I have been foolish on here and elsewhere and not heeded sound advice, this is completely serious and I will listen closely to advice on what to do, this is merely a thought of what I have considered to do, I don't plan to take action on my idea soon, so just tell me what possibilities or solutions there may be to my on going problem with family.

Have you tried prayer first? I was in or around violence almost all my life, so I know that brandishing weapons only discourages those afraid of violence.

You didn't make it clear whether or not these people live with you. You mentioned having them leave your property, but also mentioned domestic violence, which is between people living in the same house.
Assuming these people live elsewhere I'd simply install a security camera and tape them coming onto your property and damaging things. Then take the video to the police.
Often times such situations get escalated into violence because people try to handle it themselves rather than using the police. And since its clear your threats and intimidation haven't been effective you're painting yourself into a corner to where you're going to have to follow through.
And it's not uncommon that violence can get pretty severe. It's situations like these that put police at such risk, with tempers flaring and people flying off the handle and angry and emotional. Cut out the drama and the games and let the people whose job it is to handle these things, handle it.

For defense of life and others life then yes. To protect your property. Yes.

But dont risk your health if you can take police or court action.

Also know your states laws. My state has stand your ground laws and castle doctrine laws.

Well the people don't live with us but, they do have technical claim to the property, my Aunt and all her Siblings have claim to it, though no one can actually prove it, there has not been found a deed, and there is only Claims of that it's their property, while my Aunt has taken care of the place of the years whether actually living there or not, while the rest of them have just let it go to waste mostly and just lay claim to the place in hopes of money if it's sold.
Pretty much to be quite frank and blunt me and my Aunt and Uncle have paid the majority of bills, fixing the place, and we live here as well, but, there isn't really any legal way we can keep them away over damages or any way to confirm or deny that they own the place it's all very concerning and rather scary

Well I have prayed many times over this situation and things have gotten better recently but, then they got bad again, I'm not expecting some kind of fight really just thinking of some way I can get them to back off and leave us alone, all 3 of us that live here have had so much stress, being treated with very little respect and looked at is if we are fools everytime we confront them on damages they cause, it all leads around eventually to more spiteful and sneaky tricks and damages

Unless we know exactly what the arrangement is between the various family members, it would be unwise to comment. Perhaps you should have a chat with the police and see what remedies you have to deal with people destroying your property wilfully. In the USA destroying property is considered to be a criminal act.

Since you do not know whether it is really your aunt's property or the property of your family which destroys it, you should probably go about trying to find the deed, or researching the truth of the matter regarding whose property it really is. There are a lot of websites that access the public records that you can search through to find out the truth of the matter fairly easily simply by putting in the address. After you do some research online you can go to your city hall or other local government offices and have these things confirmed and perhaps have a new copy of the deed created for you and officialized.

Thank you that might be something worth looking into😀
Really nobody in the family cares about the house except for getting money if it's sold, of course it's pretty ridiculous considering the damages done to the house itself, probably worth like maybe half or less than the value they think it's worth now

I suppose I should have gave a little context on recent events, been working on fixing Up the house, I have even put my money in on doing so, having family unfortunately some of the same family who have messed some things up, go in our attic to fix some stuff like pipes in things because mold is still lingering and things need to be cleaned well we have maybe one more time to hopefully resolve that problem completely(never could find professionals willing to work on it)
so pretty much our trust has gone up on people like my father and his twin my uncle, well to get right to current events...
I had just got off work to begin, me and my aunt decided to go ahead and get food from fast food places on the way home and we asked concerning my uncle that lives there and my father's brother, we heard what they wanted and father's brother asked if my aunt would want the bushes right at our house Trimmed next to our front door...
well even I was dumbstruck showing up on the scene, my uncle hadn't Trimmed the Bushes he nearly Chopped the bushes, I could branhes and leaves hanging over one bush, and my Aunt was furious and then later sad because he knows how to Trim bushes so he must have Intentionally clipped them to get back at her for not accepting his Mulch idea for the house a few days back.

Now I know this doesn't sound like much to everyone but, to my Aunt it was just so hurtful because family has made the front yard look so awful with junked vehicles, cutting down a tree that my Aunt liked, and now bushes right outside our door that she will see every day that look so awful and ugly now due to him because whether they can be salvaged or not they will need years to grow back, and on top of that my Aunt planted those particular bushes years ago, took care of them and now such a sad mess...

It is no problem, it is fairly easy to do with a simple search online and a visit to whatever your locality's government offices are that handles these things. When looking up the deed, you should also be able to find what the property is roughly worth from the last time it was appraised, as these should also be part of the public records, though indeed like you say, if there has been significant damage the value now might be much lower.

I would say that though your aunt may be the only one that cares for the property, it is not totally wrong for the others, if they have a reasonable belief that they may be the owners also, to dispute your aunt's claims, since it may be their inheritance as well. It is after all not uncommon that if the property was bought by your grandparents, that they may have willed it to all of the kids jointly as their inheritance.

Since it is not really known whom the correct owner is, it would be foolish for you to try to intimidate or attack the others at this time since they have a reasonable dispute to the property since the truth of the ownership is not yet currently confirmed. It could reasonably be that it might be their property as well in which case any rash action by you could be used against you. As with most things, truth is the most important thing, so determining the truth first as to whose property it is, is the most critical thing to do right now.

Once you have determined the truth about whom the property truly belongs to, whether to your aunt solely, or to all the children of your grandparents jointly, then you will be able to proceed about things more justly and with more wisdom.

Pretty irrelevant. If they don't have a clear legal right to the property then they can't be viewed as legal owners. And even if they did they have no legal right to come into the property and destroy things. In fact they would have a legal requirement to maintain the place as landlords. As long as you are living on the property you have legal rights.
No matter which way you look at it they are legally in the wrong.
Actually your statement reinforces the need for police involvement since you're making threats against them.
The way things are going now you're putting Yourself at legal risk by making threatening statements. There is zero ethical or legal reason to not involve the police. The only reason you wouldn't would be a personal reason that won't support you legally when things go south.

Thank you for that information and actually I only as memory serves, made the one threat of my father's stuff being gone and it got him to move on and move out, now it's more I have been figuring out my options, honestly been considering moving out eventually because while the house is getting repaired in someways it's getting messed up in others, been saving up money when I can really been trying to wait things out and be patient.

yeah maybe we can get that figured out, I mean they seem to always like bothering my Aunt until she gets upset then they take off out of fear of her anger, just trying to figure how to help because this has been many years now this junk going on and my Aunt is sick and worn out, anymore of this and she may end up near on to dieing from all this☹
hopefully soon we can figure a solution

Well it may not be so one-sided, though it may also be very one-sided. It is understandable that if they think they are being screwed out of their inheritance that they're not going to be very happy about that, for even if they are bad stewards it is not right to dispossess an heir from their inheritance. This is just more the reason to find out the truth of the matter regarding the deed, whether the truth leads to discovering that the aunt is indeed the sole owner of the property, or whether the property was willed to all the siblings, so that you can move past this sort of deadlock which fuels this feud with the clarity of the truth.

well find out first before you do anything.

The israelites were given their land by God it was gifted to them, but they were under covenant to look after it or they would lose it.
Jesus made a new covenant by giving his own life, but tthat dont stop unbelievers from trashing it in the meantime, sadly, especially if unbelievers say they havea legal right to be there, or you invited them in, they willl be difficult to evict i.e tell them to leave. The only way through is conversion.

Jesus never said to his discples he wanted them to physically fight the Romans, or each other. even when a few suggested it and said God could call fired down from heaven and destroy them, Jesus was like no.

Joe, it's time to hire a lawyer. If you can't afford one contact your local legal aid society.

Any violent actions will probably get you nothing more than a jail sentence.

The best thing to do is have open and honest communication with the people in question and pray on it. You must take action and use the bible as a guide and prayer as a support system. Talk to your pastor about it for further guidance.
