I have pretty much always been single. I like being single...I like to spend a lot of time alone.

Why? One reason is that I have much more freedom than I would if I was in a relationship. This is important to me. The day after Easter, I'm moving 600 miles away...which would be a whole lot more difficult/complicated/impossible if I was with someone...

However, with the ups, come the downs. To get ready for the move, I've had to do some serious housecleaning. I just spent the last hour scrubbing the bathroom...whoever invented grout crevices is an evil, evil man. If I was married, I could just pawn the grout cleaning off onto the wife, and do something else enjoyable. So, what I want to know is...What do you despise about being single?

NOTE: Please don't just say 'I hate being lonely'...put some effort and thought into it! Do you hate grocery shopping? Cleaning cobwebs? Shoveling the snow out of the driveway, Seoul? Scrubbing grout?

I don't like getting hit on. By 15 year olds. Which happens a lot.

I don't like my phone having too much battery.

I don't like not having a reason to go out.

But that may change soon, based on a conversation last night. O_O

Hope all goes well with what ya' got cookin...

What do you mean by..."too much battery"? Are you as annoyed by cell phones as I am?

Thanks! I just want God's will.

No my phone isn't busy enough. haha

I hate traveling long distances and seeing epic things by myself. Like Going to Mexico and seeing a car accident, 80's Toyota Hylux vs. 2000's Ford Lobo, only to realize that its just me and I didn't bring a Camera.

When I was 19 I had one of those Pseudo-Relationships with someone, where you spend all of your time together but are officially doing anything. But there are things that can really only be done with someone else. Like Surfing, Snorkeling, Passing Semi's on the Shoulder, Renting Mopeds in Hawaii, Wine Tasting, Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta, the Daytona 500, 3+ day hiking trips and of course going to a movie alone is pretty depressing too.

I hate being jealous of those that have found that special someone, especially when they're my friends.

I hate have to go places with my family because I don't want ta go there alone. (I love my family but when you're around them all the time it gets annoying)

I hate doing house cleaning all by myself all the time.

Dude I just got dumped after a year and a half... and I had forgotten how good this felt. I dont need to stop halfway through games to answer calls, I dont need to get up at 9am on weekends to go see her !! Im free... and it feels good.

I hate going to work...

Im hoping to marry a doctor and fix that problem

The bad part about being single is having all this extra cash and no one to splurge on buying expensive purses and shoes and jewelry...

...

...wait a minute...

AllCoolNicknames, Meet NodMyHead. I'm sure the rest will take care of itself. :P

I hate people asking me what's wrong with me or if I am gay.......because you can't be happy to be single!

Wellllll.....you don't want to work, He has *exess* money. ;) (connect the dots was always one of my favorites in Kindergarten) ;)

Well, that is a revelation... I always thought the colonel was always, well, old...

My mind's been blown!
