What you do is wrestle them with your hand. Moosh their face a bit and kinda rough house just a little.
Then their little hooked claws find the most sensitive part of your hand and dig in to the bloody zone, then they freak out and run off ripping a new gash filled with infectious cat scratch fever. But oh, aren't they loveable.

Every cat has his own personality and play style.

One cat I knew loved to fight, so I put on a welder's glove and played with him. By the end of our fun the glove looked like it was shedding.

Another cat would never roughhouse with me. I mean, I tried and tried and I could not get her to play. All she ever wanted to do was sit in my lap and purr and have her ears scratched. She was blue murder on the local wildlife though... maybe she was saving all her aggression for the hunt.

I like fish too. Seared, grilled, deep-fried, baked... Breaded, lemon-pepper, any way is good.

Eh... I can eat sushi and like it, but when the fish is still flopping on the plate I draw the line. I can eat it raw but it has to be dead.

I know of some restaurants that serve the fish still alive. I don't go to those restaurants.

I keep fish and breed them for their beauty and variety of colours. Very relaxing to watch too!!

To answer the OP, I actually prefer dogs. I find them fun to be around 😍

I favor... both. I grew up with cats, from birth till I was 18.... and got my first dog just 4 1/2 years ago. Which do i prefer, definitely the dog, but i have that sweet spot for kitties... not house CATS... but little kitties. They are just so cute and fluffy 🥰.

It depends on the house CAT in question.

Train up a kitten in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.

I'm not even kidding (this time.) Grown cats reflect how they were raised.

I have been around cats since I was a baby I don't remember a time I didn't have around me. Cats are all different some are sweet and snuggly little cutie pies. there my cat willow who when younger would only let me snuggle her and it had to be in a certain way and in my chair. overtime she has grown up and doesn't freak out when she snuggles in another room. My Buddy Garfield on the other hand sweet cat every so chilled didn't care who picked him up and snuggled him. and would follow me around the house wait for me outside the door and would always be sitting waiting for me when I got home from school. I could count on him every morning when I woke up to see him sitting by my bed watching me sleep until I got up. I have never had a dog growing but all the dogs I have met over there years have been sweet and very friendly. I love all animals I think any animal can be man's best friend I think its who every we connect with.

Cats are individuals, for sure.

There was the cat my mother had (one of many she has had over the years) who walked past me and took a swipe at my leg for no good reason, just because I was there. I instantly ran at him like I was going to mow him down, so he learned to ignore me. Mind you, I never touched him - just acted like I was going to run him over, so he would get the message I don't put up with that junk.

Then there was Spike, a black cat my mother had, and the coolest cat I've ever seen. We could take him for a ride in the car and he would just lie on the dash and watch the world go by. We would take the car through the car wash (which freaks out even car-compatible cats) and he would idly watch the water fly over the windshield. We took him to the laundromat and he would wander in between the washing machines and come out with cobwebs all over his whiskers. He was never eager to stay, but never impatient to leave. He just took life as it came and enjoyed the show.

with me and cats
a strange thing is cats just seem to like me, whether I like them or not doesnt seem to matter...but they do want me to feed them and pet them and adore them! They are the ones that choose you not the other way round. Most of them are very intelligent and clever (or sneaky) although you do get the odd crazy cat.

dogs...i was scared of them when I was young cos my neigbourhood was basically over run with wild dogs that barked and could bite you...one killed mums pet chicken, and another bit my sister on her paper round.
I got over my fear of dogs and even dog sat a few times for other people but never again. They're like babies, need constant attention 24/7 and that is exhausting. I am sure not all dogs are like this but my experience hasnt been that positive. They are pack animals and many dont adjust well to living confined to the suburbs where many people neglect them. The pounds are full of abused dogs and abandoned puppies at the moment which is kinda sad.

Thing about dogs is, most of them WANT to be good dogs. Most of what they do that they should not do, is because they don't understand what they should do or they get excited and instinct overrides training.

If you can figure out a way to make the dog understand what you want him to do, most dogs will do it.

i have 3 shih tzus and i love them because they're very sweet and playful...

i don't like cats because they usually just lie around the house and they fight with my dogs 🤣🤣🤣

(they're stray cats that my mom feeds and allows inside the house once in a while)

and so i prefer dogs!! 😍😍😍
Cat person here.. I have had cats in the house since i was born so i have got used to cats and just know how to handle cats right.. I always get on with cats .. You just have to know basic cat speak and know how each individual cats likes to be pat and scratched and handled.. :)
