He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.” John 14:21

How does a Child of God keep His commandments?
If I love him enough to say that any treasure I recieve cannot compare to him then I fail to see how I am not upholding his commandments. You made this thread about the treasures of our hearts not obedience and the law, not everything has to be about that.

Only the Holy Spirit can keep any commandment and do what the scriptures ask of us to do. We lay up treasure by being led by the Holy Spirit; serving, giving, etc.. All works must be produced and birth by the Holy Spirit to be acceptable to God. Rom. 8:2

Without faith it is impossible to please God! And that faith can ONLY be in His Beloved Son, Jesus Christ and the Cross (the Blood of Jesus). This is the ONLY WAY the Holy Spirit will carry out the will and the doing in a Believer life; including Loving (Agape) the Lord.

Under Grace (NT) the Holy Spirit carries out the will of God. Under the Law (OT), the person carries out the will of God.

And again I say I fail to understand how I am in any way not upholding his commandments, he has many but the one above them all is to love the lord with all your soul all your heart and all your mind and trust me if I have to burn in the very fires of hell itself for a time just to be able to have him fuilly like this I will not hesitate to do s. My resolve and my love and my passion and hunger for him is not to be underestimated not by anyone and especially not by the enemy.

And yet even with the original post of the thread and even with all I have spoken as I poured my hearts desire and love out for you to see and understand how far I will go you seem to completely ignor it and somehow turn it into a thing about obedience and the law. If you just want to debate about that stuff then don't do it under the guise of the treasures of our hearts because the matter of the heart is a very deep and precious thing to me and it is deceitful to make a thread about one thing and yet it is really your intention to debate another.

“19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth (everything on the Earth is temporal), where moth and rust does corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:

20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in Heaven, where neither moth nor rust does corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

It is easy to check up on "earthly treasures," by looking at a financial statement. What kind of "treasures" is the Lord speaking of that the Child of God is to lay up in Heaven? And how do we do what the scripture is asking us to do in verse #20?

Please explain verse #21?
Mat 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

1Ti 6:5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness(money, material things): from such withdraw thyself.
1Ti 6:8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
1Ti 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil(neglects the poor and needy): which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

Mat 19:21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
Mat 19:22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.
Mat 19:24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

1Co 13:2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

Jas 2:14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
Jas 2:15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
Jas 2:16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
Jas 2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

1Jn 3:17 But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
1Jn 3:18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

Rom 13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

Ecc 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
Ecc 12:14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

Jas 4:3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

Do not seek earthly treasures that go above your needs.

And only do the will of God which is to love people, for love is the fulfilling of the law, which includes helping the poor and needy, and God only blesses us with our needs, and not our wants for God loves people not giving the saints money and material things that are not a necessity.

People that love money, and go by their wants, have erred from the faith, their faith is dead, and the love of God does not dwell in them.

Only do the will of God, and love people by the Spirit, and it should be easy to understand that people are more important than a saint going by their wants which is not a necessity to survive.

And anybody that preaches God blesses the saints with their wants to withdraw yourselves from them.

Rev 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
Rev 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
Rev 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked.

But we know that many want to enjoy money and material things in the age of technology for it caused money and material things to flow like a raging river, and they cannot keep their hands off of it but want to care about themselves, and worldly pleasures.

When we aren’t glorying in Christ through faith in His work at the cross, we are not glorying in the Christ of the Bible, but rather our own shame as we constantly tend to fleshly things. Always remember that Israel, crucified the Lord, in the name of the Lord. Many today sit among the wheat as tares trusting in many other Jesus’, while following their own Jesus which Satan has painted them a picture of. The Jesus of the Bible, The Son of God that came to save the world, has done so only through His work at the cross. One’s faith placed there alone begins to deliver from glorying in SELF. Daily, we are either glorying in Christ or SELF, but remember the cross is where SELF was put to death In Christ (Romans 6:3,6), and with SELF out of the way, Christ can be glorified in and through us!

You mean well and you do have a heart for God (so does President Trump). However, many people say religious words, do Christian disciplines, and works of labor to show that they love God. Jesus said Himself many will be surprise that they are at the Great White Throne Judgement Seat, saying, "Lord, Lord, didn't I do this, and didn't I do that!" Why am I here? Because your Faith is misplaced and not in the cross (the Blood of Jesus) that gives the Holy Spirit the legal means to carry out what needs to be done. There is no other way you can deny yourself and receive grace that is needed to live for God unless the Believer Faith is placed and maintained exclusively in Christ and Him Crucified (the Blood of Jesus).

Apostle Paul said, "We preach Christ Crucified (1 Cor. 1:23). He also said, "For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and Him Crucified (1 Cor. 2:2). Why would the Apostle Paul say such a thing? Because that is the only way!

I have given you the only way how to do the what to do's the scriptures ask of us to do.

The pull of the world is strong. How can we be led by the Holy Spirit in order to live a victorious life for God?

Every jot and tittle of the Word of God must point to Calvary or it is flesh. That includes how we love God, and how we lay up treasure in Heaven. Everything you posted was about you.

Please study the parable of the "Ten Pounds." Luke 19:11-27 KJV - Faithfulness, or the lack thereof, constitutes the basis of all judgment. Please read over and over vs. 22 (the Lord finds him guilty of spiritual apathy, which characterizes so many Christians).

well I am Sure that obedience is part of how we store up treasure in heaven but again part because obedience is done in the spirit however the deeds done in the spirit while done in obedience are not the only way we store up treasure

Even the smallest act of love is always a treasure builder whether that is how we treat others or respond to another here in cc
But as to what kind of treasure we build up I do not know

Is the "Fruit of the Spirit," Agape Love or human fleshly love? How is the "Fruit of the Spirit," Love, produced in a Child of God? Where is the "Fruits of the Spirit" located?

Agape love is the only kind of love that the spirit produces any other kind is of love is of the flesh. As for how it is produced it does come natural through the spirit but you also have to seek it as well. and as for where it is located the fruits of it are produced in our hearts that is why the more and more we seek after and obtain his love the more and more it changes us

Lets get back to the basic foundation. Without Faith it is impossible to please God. Therefore, our Faith must be placed and maintained exclusively in Christ and the Cross (the Blood of Jesus) (Rom. 8:2), which gives the Holy Spirit the legal means to carry out both the will and the doing of His good pleasure. Phil. 2:13

Any other way Grace stops which we need. Gal. 2:21

Always remember, under Grace (NT), the Holy Spirit carries out the will of God. Under the Law (OT) people carry out the will of God and failed. The Holy Spirit will never fail because He is God.

The Great White Throne Judgement. Also see Matthew 7:14
There are two completely different judgments, the Bema seat judgment and the great white throne judgment.

The slothful servant here in Luke had his mina taken away. That's all. It's the verse 14 group that is condemned in verse 27.
(Luke 19:27) "But as for these enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, bring them here and slaughter them before me.’”

However in Matthew 25:14-30 the slothful servant IS cast into outer darkness where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.

At any rate both of these parables indicate rewards at the Bema Seat judgment for the fateful, some greater some lesser. A joyful occasion. The great white throne judgment is a completely different matter and is for the condemned.......... it is never for Christians whatever their failings and limitations.

Whether the slothful servant in Matthew was condemned is an interesting question. There are certainly different opinions on the matter.

I appreciate it I really do however I think you need to make your posts a little more direct. It is very confusing to ask about that verse when it isn't actually about that verse. I was very confused for good while.
But I also think you are putting to much stock on calvery, that is where our salvation begins yes and we are to look to it and at Jesus but we also have to learn to move forwards with him towards heaven not remain at the cross.

However I do thank you for making me aware of something, I didn't realize how much I talk about myself and while I do tend to give testimonies pertaining to subjects still I think that I need to learn to restrain myself more so your efforts were not in vain

At the Judgement Seat of Christ, all works of the Believer most be birth and produced by the Holy Spirit. If they are not birth and produced by the Holy Spirit, it is dead works and rotten fruit.

12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;

13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.

14 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.

15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss (refers to the loss of reward, but not Salvation): but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. 1 Cor. 3:12-15

The Great White Throne Judgement
“30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth (these individuals do not merely lose reward, but rather their souls; all of this, as should be overly obvious, completely refutes the unscriptural doctrine of unconditional eternal security).” Matthew 25:30

The Great White Throne Judgement
“27 But those My enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before Me (pertains to all who fall into this category, including the entirety of the Earth, and for all time; this will take place at the “Great White Throne Judgment” [Rev. 20:11-15]).” Luke 19:27

But I also think you are putting to much stock on calvery, that is where our salvation begins yes and we are to look to it and at Jesus but we also have to learn to move forwards with him towards heaven not remain at the cross.
"This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of Godliness (refers to all the trappings of Christianity, but without the power), but denying the power thereof (the modern Church, for all practical purposes, has denied the Cross; in doing this, they have denied that through which the Holy Spirit works, and in Whom the power resides [Rom. 8:1-2, 11; I Cor. 1:18]): from such turn away (No half measures are to be adopted here. The command is clear! It means to turn away from Churches that deny or ignore the Cross.) II Tim. 3:1-5

The Bible doesn’t teach that the situation is going to get better and better, but, as stated here, worse and worse. It also teaches, as we see from Verse 5, that the Church will go into total apostasy. It will have, and presently has, “a form of Godliness, but denies the power thereof.”

What does “denying the power thereof” mean?

Paul said, “For the preaching of the Cross is to them who perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved, it is the Power of God” (I Cor. 1:18).

The Church is in apostasy; it has fallen asleep. The Church faith is not in Christ and Him Crucified, but only Christ. In other words they are proclaiming Christ while forsaking the Cross (the Blood of Jesus). Which is another Jesus. It has made a covenant with the Evil One, and the price is the blindness of the right eye, spiritually speaking; now they cannot see what is right or what is wrong (I Sam. 11:1-2). No covenant can be made with Satan — not of any nature. If we make anything the object of our faith other than Christ and His Cross, we are, in effect, whether we realize it or not, making a covenant with Satan.

As stated, the Church has already apostatized. The Church Age opened with Christ standing in the midst of the candlesticks, in which the candlesticks represent the Church (Rev. 1:12-13). At the close of the Church Age, which pertains to the present time, we no longer find Christ in the midst of the Church, but rather outside, knocking on the door, trying to get in (Rev. 3:17-20). The Lord is, in fact, no longer dealing with the institutionalized Church as a whole, but rather with individuals only.

“If any man hear My Voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me” (Rev. 3:20). So, who presently is saved?

As there was a “Remnant” in Israel who were saved, meaning that most were lost, likewise, there also is a “Remnant” in the modern Church who are saved, but only a Remnant. Israel had rejected much of that which was of the Lord, but when they rejected the Cross, there was nothing left. They were cut off. The modern Church has done the same thing. It has rejected much which is of the Lord, but now it is rejecting the Cross. As with Israel, if the Cross is rejected, that means the Righteousness of God is rejected, and that means the Church is also cut off — except for the “Remnant.”

Are you in the Remnant?

The only way that anyone can be in the Remnant is by accepting Christ and what Christ did at the Cross. There is no other way!"’

Many have come in by Way of the Cross, but have gone out through the many other ways offered by Satan, the world and the lust of their flesh (2 Peter 2:21). They have abandoned the Cross for other things. Phil. 3:17-18

The Cross of Christ is as necessary for sanctification as it is for salvation (1 Cor. 1:18).
