I had actually seen this topic when it was created, and having seen the video prior to the buzz was just going to refrain from commenting on it, but seeing your initial post I figured the predictable lynch mob that forms, so, I figured I'd foolishly support the truth and throw my hat in there because I know that you're not wrong, if we go by the video evidence it indeed appears that the judge's initial ruling that it was self defense is what the evidence seems very much to indicate. It's just simply Babylon's children and ranks are vast, and the public can't handle the truth.

So now I'm thinking this Arbery guy from what I've seen so far was not afraid .. The ''roddy'' guy had tried to cut him off but he run the other way then when he got to the truck he went around the truck to attack the guy with the shotgun .. Why not stop and talk and insist they all call the police , I would, and he could play ''the card'' just as effectively .. I don't think it was murder at this point but self defense .. They might be guilty of something but not murder imo .. And many of these ''cop killing'' innocent victims are people who the cops know and been suspecting for a long time both black and white .. They are from the same communities and the cops know what's going on and who they suspect , they know all the drug/crime areas and who hangs out there ..
What I am referring to is the truth of the case, in the same quote you quoted, I explain what I mean in more detail. You'll find at this point I'd just be repeating myself, but the essence is; the judge ruled correctly going by the evidence, which is the video, which shows that Arbery assaulted the men, and this is why they were not arrested on the grounds of self defense. Going only by the evidence and not emotions and opinions that are biased in nature, this ruling does not seem like it was unjust or contrived or based upon any personal bias or incompetency of the judge, but it seems to be based upon what anyone can just clearly see in the video.
