Consider the following:

"And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say:
For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say." Luke 12:11-12

Your idea that one need not correctly interpret scripture is a deadly deception. Jesus said that everyone will be judged by the word. (John 12:48)
Ok, so we're all self deluded and deceived. Because nobody will ever agree with another person, when it comes to interpreting the Bible.
God wrote the Bible in a way that can be interpreted in at least 40,000 ways. That's why we have 40,000 Christian denominations, all opposing each other but all claiming to posses the truth.
I'm glad you quoted Luke 12:11-12 because it sums up what I'm trying to say, you don't need to carry a Bible around if you have the Holy Ghost dwelling in you.
Jesus said, "believe in me and you shall be saved". Notice He never mentioned the Bible at all, because it's all about Him and not the Bible. Interpreting the Bible never saved anyone, Christ is the One who saves not the book.

Sadly your unbelief in scripture proven tongues limits your ability to have an intimate relationship with God. See proof from the word, you profess to believe, that born again believers speak in God ordained tongues:

"For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries." 1 Cor 14:2

“For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful.
What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.” 1 Cor 14:14-15

"I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all:" 1 Cor 14:18

"But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.
But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost," Jude 17-20

How does one pray in the Holy Ghost? The Apostle Paul's words in 1 Corinthians 14:4 tell us: "He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself;..."
I was a Pentecostal until I realized I got rolled. Mainline Churches are far deeper in the Spirit than Pentecostals can ever hope to be. Read this; https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8088740/

The scripture referenced in 1 Corinthians 13:10 concerns when the spiritual gifts will no longer be necessary. The gifts are required to fulfill God's purposes until Jesus returns. When Jesus returns, ministering to people about salvation, healing, discerning of spirits, giving a word of knowledge, etc. will no longer be required. The efforts of born again believers who God used to flow through to draw others to repentance will come to an end.

Those who have obeyed their Lord and Savior will see and hear Him face to face. And, those who refused to accept the truth even after witnessing the power of God through the means of His spiritual gifts will face the torments of hell.
And you say scripture is not perfect. Paul says it completely furnishes us. And tongues and prophecy were only in part.

As I told you previously, the people made a statement that THEY thought was a fact. Was it?

The account of the sons of Sceva speak directly to the point that only born again believers have the authority to cast out demons.
Do you think demons know spiritual truth? You assume too much.

The biblical record is God's final authority. And it clearly shows speaking in tongues is the evidence of the infilling of the Holy Ghost. (Acts 2:1-4, 2:33, 10:44-48, 19:1-6)
Paul said tongues would cease and they did. Where are they in history? Why don't all churches speak in tongues? Only the fringe groups of questionable origin?

Please provide scripture that states believers are filled with the Holy Ghost the moment they believe.
Faith is a fruit of the Holy Spirit. You cannot believe in the true Christ unless you have the Holy Spirit.

Paul wrote that “not all speak in tongues.”
Paul was addressing spiritual gifts. The spiritual gift of tongues that is to be interpreted for the edification of the church body differs from tongues that come forth when one is infilled with the Holy Ghost.

Upon review of the following scriptures (Acts 2:1-4, 8:12-17, 10:44-48, 19:1-6) it becomes clear that the flow of tongues was the evidence of the infilling of the Holy Ghost. There is no evidence that there was a need for interpretation of a message for bystanders. It was the way one knew they received the Holy Ghost into their body.

Notice Peter's clarification that the pouring forth of the Holy Ghost into people caused them to speak in tongues on the Day of Pentecost when the church was born:
"Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear." Acts 2:33

Peter's words make it clear that the promised gift of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues is available to as many as the Lord shall call. The promise was not exclusive to the Jewish people as many profess:
"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call." Acts 2:38

The Bible has only become available to the public in recent times. The Bible cost the equivalent of a $1,000 000 a few centuries ago, and only the super rich could get their hands on one.
So, I'm concerned when I hear folks saying things like 'you must study the Bible, or you'll never know what God has to say to you'.

I think of those many billions of believers who lived and died in the last 1,500 years, and they never got to read a single word in the Bible. It would be a stretch, to claim that they weren't saved because they didn't study the Bible enough.

The average person couldn't even read until a few centuries ago, and the thief on the cross was saved without being baptized or participating in Bible study.

God is sovereign, so I'm sure He can save people who never studied the Bible. I also believe He saves people who have been deceived by false teachers, so it's not essential to have the correct interpretation of the scriptures.

God saves people according to His good pleasure and it has nothing to do with how smart we are or how well we can interpret scripture. You would be hard pressed to find two people who would agree on everything the Bible says. We all interpret scripture in a way that makes sense to us but nobody will ever agree with anyone else on all matters.
God has always required obedience to His mandates. Prior to the written word His requirements were provided verbally. God is not limited. He even said that man is without excuse because nature speaks truth.

The thief on the cross was under the Old Testament. The New Testament did not begin until the Holy Ghost fell on the Day of Pentecost. Peter gave instructions that require everyone's obedience. It was he that Jesus gave the Keys (plural) of the Kingdom. (Acts 2:38-39)

Truth works by love. Where's the love in leading the naive astray?

This contradicts scripture. If scripture thoroughly furnishes us and Peter calls it a more sure word of prophecy than God speaking audibly. We should let it lay and not delve into voices that go off in some people's heads, calling it God speaking.

The gift is easily faked. I personally don’t think it’s evidence of the HS worth talking about unless it’s a known language the speaker doesn’t know.

Edification comes from understanding what is said. Tongue speakers do not have a clue.
Holy Ghost filled tongue speakers have the ability to receive the things of the Spirit of God. There is nothing else that compares. To be used to help bring those out of the darkness into the light through the indwelt Spirit of God is a humbling experience.

"Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ." 1 Cor 2:12-16

Todays 'Tongues" have nothing to do with the Holy Spirit. Most of it was of voodoo origins in the early 19th century Azusa street manifestations.

what an ignorant comment clearly unlearned. The Gifts of the Holy Spirit have nothing to do with Voodoo. You should be more careful about how you Speak in context to the Holy Spirit and HIS Gifts.

The bible as well as the Holy Spirit is what will lead mankind in to all truth. (John 16:13) The Spirit will NEVER contradict the Word of God. The problem with denominations is that people only accept what they have personally experienced or what they want to obey. Many have decided that if they have not received what the bible depicts as necessary, such as the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues, then there personal experience trumps God's word. They profess to be right regardless of what is clearly expressed in God's word. WRONG!

The ONE and only common salvation can be found by earnestly searching out what was delivered to the saints/disciples as recorded in the word itself:
"Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints."

Jesus declared that the repentance and remission of sin would be preached in ALL NATIONS and would begin in Jerusalem. (Luke 24:47) What event directly parallels Jesus' words:

Beginning in Jerusalem on the Day of Pentecost, Peter told those present that they had crucified their messiah, Jesus. Upon believing Peter's words they asked what was required of them. Hear his words, "Repent, and be baptized EVERYONE of you in the name of the Lord Jesus FOR the remission of sin, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. He went on to say that the promise of receiving the Holy Ghost upon obedience was for AS MANY AS THEY LORD SHALL CALL. The message started in Jerusalem would be carried by disciples into ALL NATIONS. This is going on even unto today.

Many ascribe to the words of "church fathers," etc. Relying upon personal interpretations of human beings no different than you and I is foolish. If their understanding does not comply with the actual written word it is useless in determining truth.

"Jesus I know and Paul I know, who are you?"

What do you think? They have been here since the beginning.
