If a man is spiritually dead in sin how can God testify to his spirit....the bible is clear...it is only after salvation that the SPIRIT bears witness with our spirit that we are the Sons/Daughters of God.....

How does he draw someone who can’t read and write..deaf and dumb,.mentally challenged?
How does he drew those with no bible?....many are saved without a bible in poor countries.
Are you saying you have to be able to read and write to get saved by God?

SAVING faith come by hearing (implication is hearing and understanding) and HEARING BY THE WORD OF GOD.
HOW SHALL THEY HEAR (understand) UNLESS ONE BE SENT.
Tell me....what took place when the Ethopian Eunuch read the word BUT DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE WORD out of ISAIAH?
HOW was the woman at the well and then subsequent village saved?
What did JESUS do with the 70 disciples in Israel?
What did Peter do on the 50th day?
What did PAUL do before the governor which ALMOST persuaded him?
What does the Angel that flies through the midst of heaven DO in Revelaation?
What does PAUL command pastors, teachers and others to.do in the Pastorial Epistles?
PREACH OR EXPOUND on the word of GOD in each and every case....WHY?
