Hello over there from the Windy City. I live in PA but sometimes feel we should be named the Windy City. I’m also new to this site. Looking for friends who are Christian. It can be really hard to find good, honest Christian people. I love my church but sometimes it can be hard to actually meet people and stay connected.

Welcome to the site Angel, we keep hearing about Chicago being the murder capitol, but it seems that you are content there, by the way you describe it as being wonderful? Is the media over empathizing the number of deaths that take place there so often?

Thanks for the welcome. Chicago is not as bad as it seems ...its just like any other city (you have your good, bad & the ugly). I'm glad to be back.

My apologies for my delayed response, as I did not realize unttil just now that you had addressed me; if you use the quote function, an alert is sent to the person notifying them of that fact :) In my area, hmmm, these days I do not get out much at all, except once a week to pick up groceries from my daughter, who has been making sure I have everything I need. Our church has been having Zoom meetings also, and I attend other meetings that way too :) I manage to stay busy by being active here and designing Scripture panels as well :D I hope you are able to find fulfilling ways of spending your time while social isolating continues :)

Thats great. Social distancing is important especially now. Gotta stay safe and wear those masks when out and about.
