I was up late last night too. Then I finally went to bed and then I had a brilliant idea, got up to follow it up. Lay down again with my mind spinning about my idea and then somewhere along the way fell asleep lol.

Well I was thinking about the rapture. For some it will be during the day when they are out and about doing their day and for some it will be when they are asleep. How would it all work?
I hope it is when I am awake. I want to see the whole thing happen.

On a serious note: I IMAGINE that the Glory of Christ will be SO BRIGHT that He will be visible in ALL HIS GLORY to all the world regardless of what time it is in their part of the world........ Could be wrong, but I believe this

Your only old if you think you are old. I know a 94 yr old man who still drives, has minimal health complaints, is still with it and lives on his own independantly. He is not even a christian. I asked him his secret. He said "save water, drink champagne" lol.

God causes it to rain on the just AND the unjust............ lot of Christians are bothered when they see unbelievers living the "good life" here on earth. They need to remember that Christ said they have received their reward, meaning they will NOT receive the reward of Eternal Life!

The life of a Christian may not pay much, but the retirement plan is outta dis world! (so the old adage goes)

He is a nice man. I helped him pay his health bill as he forgot how to lol. He couldn't understand why a health bill should come for him. It was just his annual membership. Anyway we arranged for it to come out automatically so he doesn't have to bother any more.
He was so thankful that later that week when I saw him he gave me a bottle of champagne and chocolate lol. I still have the champagne and the fridge but the chocolates did not escape so quickly lol.

I hope this man chooses Jesus before it is too late sigh.

It appears to be the product of the "Left Behind" version of Theology............. Folks will disagree with me, but that's ok, they pretty much always do, but I don't think it is accurate at all.

IMO, when that Eastern Sky splits, and Christ descends in all His Glory with the Saints who have gone before, the dead in Christ shall rise FIRST, then those of us who are His Children will be changed in an instant, in the twinkling of an eye. We will put on the Perfect. the Imperfect, our earthly bodies will be discarded, and we will rise to meet Him in the air.

At that moment, ALL TIME comes to and end here on this earth, and the Judgement begins. The separation of the wheat from the chafe, whatever one wants to call it. There will be NO SECOND chances to get it right! This is what I read in Scripture. As I said, others can and will disagree, but that's ok, because when that time comes.........

IN THE EVENT OF THE RAPTURE, YOU CAN HAVE THE CAR!

:)
