I work out my own Salvation with fear and Trembling just like you do. And my requests with God happen to revolve around my calling. And chances are my calling and your calling are different. So I am having God prepare me for something specific. You see, I talk to God non stop like i can see him beside me. And i have a desire to be what He wants me to be. And I am always asking Him to help mold me in that way. His corrections are just more proofs He is there. It's my thing. It's something between God and myself. I would hope you have your own thing between you and God.

If you go back to that verse you will see salvation is a present possession.

And certainly does not infer we are earning our salvation.

I prefer straight answers .... but I am going to infer you think that salvation is only secure up until the point we do something that makes it no longer secure.

Scripture does not teach this.

This statement: It is a good thing to know when God corrects us. It proves we are still Saved ?

It simply means my desire is to grow deeper in God. As I grow, God corrects me to help guide the areas I can improve on. And knowing He is constantly working on me, is like a gage that I am good in God.

The Holy Spirit has showed me I was not behaving in the way I should be...I felt His correction , and I apologized , and thank God the poster Judges forgave me , but I tell you something , I felt my peace with God go until I said " Yes Lord , I understand , and will ask for forgiveness , I repented , and do not want to be showing myself in that manner again to anyone , it is not nice to behave in that way towards another...

Well you are not willing to speak clearly ...but if you believe by some action you can "wreck" the gift you would be wrong.
