I guess I just imagine having the same opportunity Mary (Lazarus' sister) had sitting at His feet..hanging on every word, you know? Jesus said she'd chosen the better part, so we know it's more than okay with Him for us to do that. It would be..indescribable... :)

Maybe it would be too easy..then again, maybe He would, as He often did, answer in a way that would cause us to allow the Holy Spirit to give us the answer (as He did when He asked Peter who Peter thought He was). When we read the scriptures, we see that, by the Spirit, amazing revelation was given to the writers. Since THAT can happen, I think Jesus would have no problem helping us understand things. Though I do realize that there may be/are things we shouldn't know for now.

Another good thread.............kudos Jules..........................

This is going to seem corny but here it goes................

I had a hard day at school and the stress was unbearable..........I leave work in the pick up and roll the windows down...I breath deep the fresh air making its way across the prairie from the north..........searching for peace.............the point in a persons life where their spirit feels light and not one burden rests on their shoulders...........I get home..and there peace alludes me........so I head out to the river and sit down.........the salt fork river is a small river in size but as a therapist its irreplaceable........I lay back and watch the hawks overhead as the clouds slowly ease by as my ears listen to the running water headed south........God's Sanctuary........I close my eyes and take a deep breath....and there it is...the relief my spirit has been seeking......the weight of this world has been lifted and in its place a priceless peace........but there is something else I feel as if someone is lying next to me........I turn my head and open my eyes and there he is........Jesus........laid back with his hands beneath his head.......and as he turns to look at me................ I tell him I am glad he came.. ....and thank him for his peace..........and as I am speaking to him his life passes before me.......his pain, his suffering, his trails, and his death........and my heart goes out to him...........through it all his still gives........never asking for anything in return...........the one true person who loves unconditionally......................

I think Jesus is wonderful man and I always wonder if in all the things he gives us if he ever wonders why nobody asks how he is doing..........he feels pain, his heart hurts......he rejoices..........and he cries...........so I think that would be my question.........I would thank him.....and then ask how he was doing............

I would tell Him that I love Him.......
and would ask...I know He has a plan and a reason... but I would ask Him to just help me understand...why would a christian friend of mine..who is/was such a strong believer have to die while as a church, we had all prayed for him and he was so strong in the Lord....as I heard the news of His passing last night, I couldn't help but hope for a greater miracle..can He rise from the dead?.... can anyone help me understand.........please....

Awesome answer. :)

Reminds me of this song: YouTube - Ray Boltz - Feel The Nails

Very powerful stuff. I had to stop singing it at churches because I couldn't not cry when I did.

If I we're to see Jesus, of course I will hug Him...then I will let him do all the talking...I will ask him what's in His mind the day He created me....

I was thinking about the thieves hanging beside Jesus that day... They were at this life's end. They'd both clearly heard about Him. One mocked Him. One chose to make a wise request of Him.

If you were standing right beside Jesus right now, what would you most like to ask Him?
I'd ask him why I am such an idiot. Why I excel at every skill that I try to learn, but I fail miserably when it comes to managing my weight and making the right choices in life. :(

I would start crying maybe ,I would want to hug him and ask him a thousand questions but most probably I would end up not asking him anything and just listening what He needs to say to me.
The questions could be about simple things, personal things, and misterious things.
Since what am I doing here? why was I born and raised where I was? to what are the aliens? ( I saw an aliens thread recently haha)
