I got my belly pierced THEN told my parents (whom of course didn't care either way) first time I could legally do that lol so regardless of them not caring it felt awesome.
 
I asked before I got my first tat... but my second tat and both my piercings I didn't bother telling anyone about lol
 
I know plenty of people who would do it for me even if I was completely out of it... not saying there responsible Im just saying they would do it. And also alchohol only thins you're blood for the duration after the first few drinks, after that it begins to thicken you're blood.

..I would want friends to discourage me from doing stupid things while intoxicated rather than encouraging them. Just saying.

I would want to do it in a clean sterile environment..with someone who actually knows what they are doing, but hey it's your face ^_^
