I've been to Europe, as a tourist long ago when 15. Was fun, good times, not a mission trip. I've been on fun trips too that were fun and unforgettable growing up.to mazatlan and Puerto vallarta . Not seen all the states, 40 or so, Biggest trip was college roommate and I going from home area in Puget Sound to Florida cross country. I was sure ready for that month-long trip one year removed from college. I packed up a cooler full of books and magazines and had my Sony walkway. My roommate saw all that book stuff and said , 'what is all that for?'
I said, 'reading , keeping busy on trip.'
Well, needless to say, I read ZERO if those books as he and I talked, talked, talked. Funny, college roommates three years and we talked but not like this time, well, he said too that getting to our ultimate destination: Disneworld , would be great, once there, but he also said 'getting there will be half the fun.' I kind of rolled my eyes when he said this. Well, my roommate was wrong, getting there was not half the fun, it was over half the fun
I want to see Kakadou National Forest in northern Australia , to see the many snakes and creatures def not in northwest usa, we have garter snakes!! Not poisonous, not big, not cool
Well, I've effectively hijacked, oh, Venice, too, I wanna reAllly badly go there. (I hear they have great bathrooms to go in
).
I've been on mission trip in states too like Charlotte, the one I remember most but that will be for another thread
Ok, I'm done spanning, oh, but to leave this with fresh fruit morning thoughts in Maz. and Puerto Vallarta.
