So Jesus told them one thing but do another?
When I say to my 10 year old son not to drive, is that mean I am not drive a car?

My son not ready to drive, it will endanger him because law prohibit under age to drive.

I agree his teachings are for us, all the bible is written for us.

But I guess you don't really distinguish between "for" us and "to" us?
I tried to. The distinction is that it is splitting hairs. Jesus spoke directly to the Jews he came to be the Messiah of. However, he also told the disciples to go forth and teach all things he had taught to them. The disciples were Jews. He spent over three years teaching them directly. Those teachings were for them (the Jews), but he also instructed them to teach all peoples what he had taught them.

So, was his Gospel for just the Jews, or all the world?

You have to decide for yourself. I believe the Gospel of Jesus was, is, and always will be for all the world. He died for the sins of all the peoples of the world, and for those that call upon his name, his death, his blood is what will provide their eternal salvation. It makes no difference their race, creed, color, sex, or National Origin.

I know this because Scripture tells us that God would have all men be saved.

NO...

Matthew 28:19-20 (KJV) Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

The gospel of the kingdom that was being preached in the 4 gospels was only meant for Israel

Matthew 10:5 and Matthew 15:24 made that clear

I did answer for mat 10 now mat 15, you only read verse 24 if you keep reading till verse 29 you will know the answer

Non Jews ask help, Jesus say I am only sent/help the lost sheep of Israel, that woman humble herself than Jesus help her.

I believe this is a way how jesus teach people, humble yourself and He will help you.

Your opinion jesus only for Israel was refuted by verse 28

24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

25 Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.

26 But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.

27 And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.

28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.

29 And Jesus departed from thence, and came nigh unto the sea of Galilee; and went up into a mountain, and sat down there.

Haven’t I already explained to you earlier why Jesus helped her in the end?

It was the same reason why he helped the Roman centurion

It was not a mystery to Jesus.

Jesus spoke in the gospels. He was not without revelation.
Jesus prophesied of His d,b,r but the truth was hid from everyone until after.

Lets say you are correct. May I ask: Why are you here? Why are there so many people across the world professing to be disciples of Christ who are not Jews? After all, the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the only Gospel that provides eternal life.

Maybe I should ask if you profess to be a Christian/disciple of Christ.

The Book of Acts, all the Epistles, deal specifically with teaching, and defining the Gospel of Jesus. Therefor, none of them are for any others than the Jews according to your logic.

You appear to limit your choice of Scriptures to only a few such as the ones in Matthew. You present them without comparing them to the other Scriptures where Jesus did go to gentiles, and did heal gentiles, and did command his disciples to go to the gentiles. All of this is recorded in the 4 Gospels. Because of this, your argument falls well short of a spiritual understanding of Scripture in my opinion. I am not trying to demean you, but to reach you and to urge you to dive deeper into Scripture, and do so in the spirit.

Maybe there are questions I should ask you first before all of this is discussed.

1) Do you believe in the Divinity of Jesus Christ?
2) Do you believe in the Holy Trinity?
3) Do you believe in/and have you received the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit?

Answers to these may provide insight in trying to understand why you reject the teachings of Jesus as being for the Church today. Especially since, without his teachings, the Church today has zero Scriptural basis upon which to exist. For Jesus himself is the Chief Cornerstone upon which all else is built.

Gospel means good news. Are you aware that God has released various good news to man throughout Scripture?

You should be happy to know that, now its no longer the gospel of the kingdom that saves today. It is the gospel of the grace of God, given to the Apostle Paul.

And yes, the gospel of grace is definitely about Christ Jesus, but the day will come when "God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel", which is the gospel of grace given to Paul. (Romans 2:16)

You do know it was Jesus who called Saul/Paul and gave him the Gospel? Paul addressed what you are saying, and specifically stated he taught the Gospel of Christ. Is it not Jesus himself who shall sit in judgement? Your prior statements said the disciples would sit in judgement, now its God. Are you sure who will sit in judgement?

The Gospel of the Kingdom is the Gospel of Jesus. Without Jesus, there is no grace.

In your view, what is the content of the Gospel of the Kingdom?

The 12 discples will be in charge of matters involving the 12 tribes of Israel, as promised to them by Jesus. That has nothing to do with Romans 2:16

Some people believe not all New Testament is for Christian, and some believe the book of James only for the nation of Israel.

What do you take on this view?
People try to separate these things from doctrine because they accept an opposing one .

this is the truth there’s only one gospel it is the New Testament Jesus is the mediator all the apostles preached it including Paul . It began the moment Jesus received the spirit from heaven as was foretold and John was then imprisoned. This is the moment the world began to have hope

“And straightway coming up out of the water, the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him: And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭1:10-11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭1:14-15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Some argue it’s only for Israel but this is what Jesus said to the Israelites who had accepted and believed the gospel of the kingdom of God he preached

“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28:18-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

From this time forward if you look in the book of acts the church first grows in Jerusalem because they’re preaching the gospel as commanded before Paul is ever converted to the church and begins preaching the gospel.

“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭2:38-39, 41,

Paul first persecuted the church then is converted to it in chapter 8 or 9 I think . The gospel is everything Jesus the one mediator between God and mankind taught about God the Father and his kingdom . It’s for anyone who will believe as jesus said here every creature in all the world

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:15-16‬ ‭

Hope these scriptures clarify that there is only one gospel it was preached in Israel by Jesus who then anointed his followers who believed into all the world to share the promises of eternal
Life in the kingdom

There is no distinction between Jew and gentile God bless many doctrines exist ....but Jesus the Lord preached only one and sent only one into the world for salvation

Were the disciples before the cross preaching this gospel?
