Won't you be entertaining at work. ;)

Oh yes, I forgot about the question regarding pantyhose for warmth. Yes, they do keep you warm.

what store did you go to, I get pretty lucky at J. C. Penny's for men's pantz, they fit like a man pants should fit, and sometimes... could get them altered and taylored if you simply ask😉

you could just wear your shorts with leggings underneath. Nobody will know the difference except the people staring at your legs.
When I go to cold climates I bring LJ's I buy men's because for some strange reason manufacturers think women are concerned more with fashion than warmth when making Long Jane's.
Of course the man version has that little hidden pocket in front and who wants a draft in winter? So I sew it shut and just for fun buy funny animal patches and sew them inside the flap that I leave alone.
Only I know they're there but on cold days when a sense of humor is needed just the recollection of what's behind my pants fly on those John's is enough to make me giggle.

I figure if I'm ever to fly again and it happens to be winter if TSA asks me to step to a private booth for a strip search someone is going to get one heck of a surprise. Ain't never seen nuthin like that on the front of a woman have ya pal?

Guy or girl TSA agent, I bet they laugh. Or, if I'm wrong, I'll see you around in about ten to twenty.

This is why I still have my 32" waist jeans from the 90's, but sadly they no longer fit me.

I quite understand your situation up. It's so hard being a man. You have to do things on purpose to pretend you're a female to prevent females stalking you.

Better lock back that profile. Because now that women know you're actually a man, they'll harass your profile non stop.

There I was, no lie. Every pair of work pants I own, are, simply put ...... tatered. Can't even put change in the
pockets. Soooo says I, "i'm gonna buzz on down to the thrift store, n buy some".

I'm thinkin as I walk in, "mask, mask, mask"
Ugh, there they are, two of em, wearin masks.

Now this mask wearin does some weird things to me. I'm sure there is a medical term or two to
describe said weird things. I dunno.

So I donned my mask (cut inner lining from an old over coat, black n silky, bandanna if u will) .
Then preceded to shop.

Fair enough to say, Ima bit flustered. Looked around, made sure I was in the men's section, found
tried on, fit, record time.

Until the next day at work.....................
Uh...... not alota room to work with here, n the front pockets r kinda .....................small.

I'm not sure, but my new work pants might be designed, for ladies.

And of course I threw the receipt away, immediately.

They don't even fit well with my long johns.

So the question is twofold, maybe three, have you ever had a purchase mishap? Did you just roll with it?

And I heard that nylons are super warm, is that true? ( that's a question for the ladies, I hope)
Mashed tatered? Or baked?

pants are weird
I never got why so many for women are designed with ...no pockets, flies on the front instead of to the side, either really low slung so when you bend down your butt crack will show, or so high waisted that you might as well wear a onsie.

its so much easier to sew a skirt or dress. Or just wear a sheet..no sewing required.
pants also get snagged and raggedy like jeans have holes in the knees. Actually overall they are pretty labour intensive to care for, sew and size.
