I didn't ignore anything. You're ignoring the fact that this whole context is about SALVATION, and it uses the words "God Chose" in that context.

well what happened to 'whosoever will'?

the scripture does NOT state whosoever will can be chosen

smh

maybe you now have me on ignore but this error is one of a good number pointed out to you yesterday and the reason people kept questioning what exactly it is you believe

Through the scriptures.
The Jews read the scriptures every Sabbath, but many had not heard and learned of the Father, which is how Jesus described drawing.

And just as folks heard and learned of God then, they hear and learn of God today. And neither the Father nor the Son has ever drawn anyone without the Spirit being involved, because the Trinity is not all chopped up into three gods acting independantly . The three persons are one God working in unison.

Which scripture says that God speaks to people audibly today ?
Today? Why only today? God does not change.

Exodus 3:14; Joshua 1:1; Judges 6:18; 1 Samuel 3:11; 2 Samuel 2:1; Job 40:1;
Isaiah 7:3; Jeremiah 1:7; Acts 8:26; 9:15 is a small sampling of when God
spoke audibly to His people in Scripture. Even Balaam's ass spoke LOL.
Just because it is rare does not mean it never happens.

John 10:27-28 :)

You seem to be struggling, and grasping at straws. You, very well, know that adoption is a process, and we, as a society, use the same process in this day and time. God predestinated us unto the adoption by Jesus Christ, and he paid the adoption price, by his death.
No ,that's your reformed narrative. What does Romans 8.23 say ?

I'm working on the verses we have . Not on inference. To which we can infer all sorts of things that may or may not be true.

The Holy Spirit brings to our memory the things we have been taught about the truth.
Which verse says that ? we have a verse that says the Holy Spirit will bring to memory for those people to whom those verses whom it is referring to.

The moment man changes his mind when confronted with the Gospel is to believe it . Mans soul still has the capacity to get married, get a degree , build space rockets , believe the Gospel.
He may believe the gospel if He will. But if he loves his sin, he is not willing. Or if he loves religion or the praise of men.

Jesus said “why can’t you understand my speech? Even because you cannot (μη δυνατά τα are not able to) hear my word.

It is not a physical limitation. It is a moral barrier that must be removed somehow before one can truly believe.

Spake? It seems you wish to limit God. I don't know why you would want to do that. Him not speaking audibly to you does not mean He has not spoken audibly to anyone else since the writing of Scripture.

and who was Jesus speaking to?

there is no moral barrier that needs to be removed

smh

That we are waiting for the adoption. What you are failing to see, is that we are waiting for the final phase of the adoption, and that is when he takes his adopted children home.
You might have a point if it said ' waiting for the final phase of the Adoption " but it doesn't. We don't recieve the redemption of the body in increments or in a process. Neither did Jesus. He didn't start with a new arm , then a leg ,then his head ect .

So the Holy Spirit doesn’t do that work for us? It almost sounds like you have an anointed class and then a secondary, lesser class of Christian.

God still speaks through His Word and He still teaches and brings things to our remembrance. God also speaks through others, through circumstances, etc.

God reveals Himself in a multitude of ways, which includes speaking audibly.

Does everyone experience this? Obviously not.

Just because some do not experience it does not mean others do not.

I have no reason Biblically to believe God is speaking to people audibly today. We have a completed Bible . All accounts of people claiming that God spoke to them audibly have certainly not convinced me and it always constitutes as extra revelation which contradicts Gods word .

Yes through his word . Not extra personal revelation. This is were the cults have managed to grow from .Its why we've got the benny hins and Kenneth Copelands ect .

God speaking audibly does not contradict God's revealed written Word at all.

Quite frankly it is a ridiculous assertion on your part.

Keep Him in a box if you must.

You have an understanding of the Trinity where one person operates independantly and unilaterally apart from the other persons. You would have to give scripture, ie meet the burden of proof, for that assertion.

I don’t have to bear a burden of proof. I have already shown from scripture that both believers and non believers receive light from the Holy Spirit. One side rejects, the other receives

You need to show in the Bible that the persons of the Trinity act independantly of one another, that is your claim that the Father and or Son draws independantly and seperately of the Holy Spirit.
