That is your personal interpretation which will not harmonize with other scriptures.
16¶And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee.
17And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.

.25And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.

25And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.

And on and on . UPON THEM .

The Godhead has different functions. The Holy Spirit also has different functions. The Holy Spirit, initially, Quickens to life. The Holy Ghost is a comforter, an advocate of the Holy Spirit, a revelator.

John 14:26, But the comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. The Apostle's already had the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, before they received the comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, which is an advocate of the Holy Spirit. Comforter in Greek=advocate.
NOPE .. John 7
37¶ In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
38He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
39(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given ; because that Jesus was not yet glorified .)

Are you saying that the Holy Ghost and the Holy Spirit are two separate entities?

And this is your explanation for Isaiah 63:11? Have you noticed that the word "spirit" in all of these verses does not start with a large "S", and does not have the word "Holy" in front of it?

I just explained this with harmonizing John 14:26, with John 7:39.

Perhaps a third of Bible translation/versions do not capitalize that "s" in Numbers 11:17. (<- link)

Added: also, the original language (Hebrew) does not make use of capital letters ;)

Rom 4.5
But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, HIS FAITH is counted for righteousness."
And you are thinking that the natural man can do this, but that theory will not harmonize with other scriptures, especially with 1 Cor 2:14.

Yes, as I explained in post #1260, In the same manner as God the Father, and God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. are all three God.

And do you not wonder why, maybe that it is not referring to the Holy Spirit, but some other spirit?
Are you saying God gave a deceiving spirit of prophesy to the elders in Moses' camp, to help Moses guide and govern God's people?

Then how do you explain Isaiah 63:11?
What is to explain? Not all translations capitalize that "S" either. Link

Nor the "H" for holy ;)

Isn't it only the King James Version of the Bible which uses the term “Holy Ghost”?

It sounds so... Roman Catholic :censored:

Ok there is not two Holy Spirit s . See this is the problem when you take on systematic reformed theology . Because you HAVE to have certain ducks lined up in a row, this forces you to distort the scriptures to fit the paradigm..How on earth have you arrived at the conclusion people were indwelt before the resurrection? That the apostles had the indwelling of the Holy Spirit before the Holy Spirit was given in Acts 2 . Especially as Jesus makes a big thing telling them he would come and that they should wait for him at a certain time and place . Have you read acts 2 ? The Comforter IS the Holy spirit .

Gal 2.16 part b) even we have believed in Jesus Christ, 'that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
Notice the 'even we have believed in Jesus Christ, '
We are told exactly or precisely to believe 'in him'. Amen!
