2. Machine (Gamma) reader sensitivity settings, putting this feature on high setting, can drive any or all votes to the question/inspection file, where (Only) selected supervisors have permission, and must manually approve each vote individually in this file?
One Example: Hand sharpies out in Republican dominated precincts, drive the votes to this question/inspection file, delete Trump votes?

A sports bar in my sisters home town shut this weekend and just before their busiest time, sports Sunday, for that very reason. Allegedly someone who had visited the bar tested positive for Covid-19. When? Never said. But, the health department came in and shut the bar down indefinitely. Huge sign on their front door informing all patrons who showed up to watch the games.
