Let me attempt my interpretation; Trump’s jump is a smooth glorious arc whereas Bidoon’s is a shallow ignominious fail until he catches the ‘invisible elevator’ – the cartoonist nailed it.

During the night of the election, trump's votes were consistant and was ahead in a number of states. During the night counting was stopped. this is when the dominion machines were turned off due to a glitch. there are swron affidavits to say during this time thousands of mail in ballots were brought in through back door and the voting machines manipulated to flip votes for trump to biden. There is a sudden jump which the above cartoon makes a joke of, here is the graph for the night. the website is worth a read. If you have time, also listen to todays press confrence which provides evidence of election fraud to remove Trump as president.
