Why do you accuse me of hate just because I tell the truth about Jews? The vast majority of Jews hate our God, his Messiah and us. What is so wrong with admitting that's true, do you not believe it's true?
No, I don't believe it's true in the least. And I never have heard you speak on how Gentiles hate God, Jesus and Christians. Only the Jew. Interesting...

As have many, many, many, many Gentiles, who also killed Christ, since He died for OUR sins. And unfortunately they are also in hell today.

Romans 11, how is that not plain?
Anybody that goes to hell, whether Jew or Gentile, is not God's chosen people.

Why would I say anything about Gentile's who hate God, you guys aren't trying to replace God's chosen people with Gentiles who hate God, your trying to replace God's chosen people with Jews that hate God.

Have you defined anywhere what the phrase "God's chosen people" means, and where it originates? If not, I suggest you do so.

You would think that on Christian forum that it is a given as to what God' chosen people means. It means people that God chose out this world to be his people.

Deu_14:2 For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

Deu_14:2 For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

Tit_2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

1Pe_2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

I didn't ask you to define it for me, but for yourself, so you don't make unwarranted inferences.

I'm surprised that you, who just this morning made a post attempting to distinguish "on Christ" from "in Christ", would overlook the fact that "chosen generation" (1 Peter 2:9) is significantly different than "chosen people" (Deut. 14:2). "God's chosen people" refers specifically to ancient Israel, not to those who are in Christ and, although the nation of Israel was God's chosen people, many Israelites were not saved because of disobedience, rebellion, and idolatry.

You act as if Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and all the rest of the Old Testament saints weren't IN CHRIST. Why?

Christ was in the CHURCH in the wilderness. The children of Israel drank from the same spiritual drink that we drink from, that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

God has chosen ONE group of people that he has set apart from the world and that group always has been and always will be those that are IN CHRIST. To say that God has chosen TWO peculiar nations is borderline heresy. I'm going to assume it's just ignorance and not a purposeful misleading of the people on your part.

Ezekial 36. The future purpose of Israel, to show the nations (gentiles) who the true God is.
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost Mt.28:19

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Act.1:8

Okay, now I'm done :)

While your post is on topic, it is sidestepping the issue I raised in response to your assertion. It is making unwarranted leaps of logic, assuming my views on a matter that I have not addressed at all and making accusations that are quite thoroughly unnecessary. It's also arrogant.

God chose Israel to be His people from among all the nations (Deuteronomy 32:8-9). In essence, He created Israel from scratch. The verses below clearly associate the concept "God's chosen people" with ancient Israel, not a subset thereof:

Deuteronomy 7:6 For thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God: the Lord thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.

Deuteronomy 14:2 For thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God, and the Lord hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

1 Kings 3:8 And thy servant is in the midst of thy people which thou hast chosen, a great people, that cannot be numbered nor counted for multitude.

Psalm 33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

Psalm 105:43 And he brought forth his people with joy, and his chosen with gladness:

Isaiah 43:20 The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen.

Daniel 11:15 So the king of the north shall come, and cast up a mount, and take the most fenced cities: and the arms of the south shall not withstand, neither his chosen people, neither shall there be any strength to withstand.

Interesting that you say Gods' chosen people aren't a subset of Israel when Paul says the EXACT OPPOSITE in Romans 9:6.

Rom 9:6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:

Only one of two things can be happening here. 1, you can't comprehend what you read or 2, you are purposely misrepresenting what is written.

In case it's a comprehension problem I'll explain.

For they are not all Israel(1), which are of Israel(2):

Israel 1 is a SUBSET of ISRAEL 2.
Israel 1 is God's chosen people.
Israel 2 IS NOT God's chosen people.

Exo 19:4 Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.
Exo 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:
Exo 19:6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

The entire nation of Israel was bought out of Egypt.
A SUBSET of Israel obeyed his voice and kept his covenant. That SUBSET is God's chosen people, a kingdow of priests and an HOLY NATION.

The ones who DID NOT obey his voice and keep his covenant ARE NOT part of that subset. These are the wicked God hating, Christ killing, stiff-necked, rebellious Antichrist Jews, that you people say are God's chosen people.

You are overlooking the obvious third option: that your understanding of the matter is wrong. Therefore, your argument is fallacious.

I suggest that you stop implying a lack of comprehension on my part. It's rude and arrogant.

For they are not all Israel(1), which are of Israel(2):

Israel 1 is a SUBSET of ISRAEL 2.
With this, I agree, as the Scripture is clear.

Israel 1 is God's chosen people.
Israel 2 IS NOT God's chosen people.
With this, I don't agree, because I am not aware of any Scripture that clearly supports the idea. Further, as the verses I previously posted show, "Israel 1" is indeed God's chosen people.

Exo 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:

IF, IF, IF ye obey my voice THEN,THEN, THEN, ye shall be a peculiar treasure.

What part of this IF THEN statement do you not understand?
