Heb 11:9 By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:
Heb 11:10 For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.
What do those verses say EG? They say that Abraham, Isaac and Jacob lived in the promise land, it was a STRANGE COUNTRY..... Why do you think the PROMISED LAND was considered a strange country?
It's because they FOUND the city whose builder and maker was God and it WAS NOT Canaan.

Gods chosen people are those who love God, keep his commandments and keep his covenant. Gods chosen people ARE NOT those people who hate God, don’t keep his commandments and don’t keep his covenant.
God never promised anything to people who hate God.

if Isreal repents, and stop their hate of God, and confess their sins and this sins of their fathers, then in your view God will restor that nation of God lovers the the land promised their fathers, the land of Canaan, given through the abrahamic covenant, where their fathers, having been freed from Egypt, after the 1st generation was not allowed due to lack of faith the land and city that was destroyed as promised, because of the sin of the people first the northern kingdom, scattered by assyria, then the southern kingdom, scatters by rome, and that Jerusalem and the high places destroyed will be rebuilt, just like God promised

There is no such thing as a nation of God lovers outside of God's chosen people. Anybody, regardless of race or nationality, who confess their sins and turn to God IS GOD's CHOSEN PEOPLE.
