I try not to read too much into those kinds of statements. In the first passage from "now on" in the second passage, 'not now, not ever".
What is "the age to come?"

Yes and when we figure out when eternal life starts, then we will know when the world to come starts/started. Like I said before, I believe eternal life begins at salvation.

As in the OP's question do you see "ages/aeon's of time" and "salvation" as synonyms?
No, they're not related at all. The verses I posted said that eternal life comes in the NEXT world. Do you agree?
Ah I see where your coming from. The KJV uses "world" in both verses of the OP.

If I'm not mistaken isn't the same Greek word used in all instances of world/age?
https://www.blueletterbible.org/lang/lexicon/lexicon.cfm?t=kjv&strongs=g2889 is "world"... but there are around 32 thousand Greek words I think but only 8198 in the OT type Hebrew so the context of the passage we are speaking about is how I would see it's usage and so I see both as "age/aeon"...
I think I know what you're getting at, but eternal life is just that. NO beginning and NO end. It can't start.
"Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually" (Hebrews 7:3)
Correct me if I'm wrong, but you probably meant the moment when a Believer receives the LIFE and NATURE of God. If this something new, try this. If Adam, still sinless, had eaten of the Tree of Life. When would he have partaker of the divine life (2nd Pet.1:3-4)? John answers. Notice the tense.
John 6:47;
47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.
1 John 5:11-13;
11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
"hath" and "have" mean that he once, in the past, RECEIVED and has never relinquished it.
