Encouragement, do I have the powers in your company to hire or to dismiss employees?
I know....that Whhhhhaaaatt....has a kinda managerial sound to it
Emm.. not yet..but you can most certainly put forward any grievances that you might have and we can hold a meeting in room 278B on the second floor by the broken vending machine to discuss it.
LoL all this talk of hiring and firing. Sheesh. Let's make a plan and stuck with it!

Ok, well I require an assistant to help with all the cakes. Encouragement is eating one practically everyday and Panda, well he tends to get a little upset in the kitchen lol

So you mean the plans already been done coz ur talking about it in the past tense.
So just like those time travel movies can we go back in time to when this plan has been drafted up because I obviously missed it and so now in the present tense what I am thinking of as a current event you are mentioning them in the past tense.

Well it's real tough changing 50 tyres a day...those cakes give me the sugar boost I need to get through each day.
Panda gets upset when people do things wrong relating to food.
Maybe blindfolding him in the kitchen all the time could resolve this matter

Well I am in the process of finding you two wives. You two are my first clients and well all this work has been making me hungry so I have been eating the sandwiches myself.
Hold hold on ruby...gotta thread things very carefully coz of whiskers father..it he hear that I am ,"even..thinking "about another female...I might a well go.and live in the moon....u get the picture right.
Ruby we have been through this before about those sandwiches...itz costing you $7 outta ur wages...why not buy some mac Donald's ..there's one round the corner..

Kitty is too moody, I think you should reconsider.
I try not to eat much junk food although I do like it so I eat the sandwiches instead.

Ok this is a question for anyone out there. Can you drill holes in the bottom of a large plastic pot (as in for plants) without it cracking.This is not a trick question lol.
of course you can depending in the thickness of the plastic pot...but make the drill bit is very small...

Thankyou. Do you mean the drill bit needs to be small in size or thin because I would rather not crack the whole pot. It seems I may be overwatering my seedlings and the pot has no holes for drainage.
