One is saved by faith, saving faith is a gift of God the Spirit who comes to whom he wills, when he wills. There is nothing you can do to summon God the Spirit, no deed, no decision, no prayer. Like the wind that blows wherever it decides to blow, so does the Spirit who saves.
3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

God does not force anyone to be saved against their will.
Better to be said that no one is able to escape the presence of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit does not choose who is saved and who is not saved. John 3:19-20 Jesus gives clear revelation on why some receive the word and are saved and why some reject the word of God and are condemned.
Salvation is a gift and no man can earn salvation. God is merciful to all men and offers salvation to all but many find all kinds of reasons not to receive the gift of salvation. Many are religious men who deny Christ and probably their number exceeds those who are not religious.

All are evil and fall short Roger, it is God the Spirit who changes a mans nature causing Godly sorrow (2 corinthians 7:10) which worketh repentance and faith. It's called being born again. And as Jesus said, the wind blows where IT desires so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.
25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.
26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

no, you just are judgemental and arrogant. That is why I think your thread should be closed. I would no more agree with calling all Calvinist unbiblical than I would say all cessationists are not Christians or saved. The fact that you cannot see in many ways I agree with your position but do not approve of your method of communication. You are blinded by pride which takes away from your effectiveness. You are not even pithy.

You ignore the word of Jesus in John 3:18-19. Man yes he is fallen but God lighteneth every man so they are able to respond to the gospel.
It is the goodness of God that calls men to repentance in Christ Jesus. It is the determinate will of God that everyman shall make a choice to receive or reject Christ. Adam chose to follow Eve and sin in the garden. Adam was not deceived but made a choice. Men today must also make a choice for or against Christ. Men have the ability to choose because God gives it to everyman.
