a perfect creation, given free will so have the capacity to recieve Gods love and give it back, made a decision to reject Gods authority, and because of it, death, suffering and all we see today was the result

It's in the stubbornness of the soul that the soul goes to hell. It's basically the life that the person leads. A life where people forsake God in the world is how it will be after that as well. Separation from the Creator. That's the punishment for those who leave God's path and do what is wrong to the bitter end. It's a scary thought. Once the soul goes to hell, there's no redemption. We have to take up God's promise to save us and work towards salvation everyday. We've been blessed by God with the knowledge Jesus is there for us and we must be grateful for that everyday.

To not have free will is to be a robot. No choice means we are programmed and do things without choosing. I know i have free will because i can choose to write this sentence or i can choose to walk away. I'm not a robot. Robots can not love. They can be programmed to show aspects of love but true love is a choice that we make based on principles not based on a pre determined program.
