I was Rescued by Jesus ar 35 years of age. With no prior reigion so i
was not brainwashed. I am ver y connected with Jesus. One fhing that
bothers me is when people say I am bornagain. Presumably they get that from
Jesus and Nicodemus. But Nicodemus was a pharasee and was an observer of
the old law. Therefore he had tolet go of the old law so could walk into grace.
since then when we are born now we are born directlt into grace there is no reason
to be born again, we are born once directly right into grace.

We are born in the flesh and we die in sin. We need to be born again in the Holy Spirit to have eternal life.

2 Cor 5:17 and Eph 2:1 and Titus 3:5

Born again unto eternal life. I would not argue with the words of Jesus in John 3.

You are correct. Israel as a nation was born the first time at exodus when God rescued them from Egypt.

But because they kept breaking the old covenant of the law and stoned many of the prophets God sent to them, they became spiritually dead.

God decided to send his very own son to get them back.

So yes, they needed to accept his son, in order to be born again, as Jesus told Nicodemus

Wrong. Natural men are hostile to God.

One does need to be born again of the Holy Spirit of God
to be
reconciled to Him and attain to life ever after.

Anyone not born again of the Spirit dies the second death.

You need to do more study on the concept of being born again/anew. What you have written is simply wrong if you do not believe it applies to ALL the Church.

Keep studying, and seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit to reveal to you the Truth of Scripture.

The first birth refers to being born of the water of our mother's womb. This is a physical birth. We are born into death because of Adam's sin. We need to be born again.

Nicodemus understood what the first birth was...

John
3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

what’s being born into grace mean ? Could you explain that phrase a bit more ? I’ve never heard it before

“Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

That which is born of the flesh is flesh;

and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.”
‭‭John‬ ‭3:5-7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.

Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he.”

‭‭John‬ ‭4:24-26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.”
‭‭John‬ ‭6:63, 68-69‬ ‭

is it like being born of the spirit through Christ ?

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.”
‭‭James‬ ‭1:18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”
‭‭John‬ ‭1:12-13‬ ‭

Believing the gospel accomplishes new birth

Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

...But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.”
‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭1:23, 25‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The Blood of the Lamb is God's Grace.
meaning his atonement for sin ? I would fully agree that’s a great display of Gods grace ,

there’s also Grace that teaches repentance and righteousness and saves sinners tangibly that one is “born into “ it’s what I thought he was saying

“And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.

For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.”
‭‭John‬ ‭1:16-17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

the Law decrees

“And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.”
‭‭Leviticus‬ ‭20:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

so adulterers by Gods word are all condemned to death but grave and truth has come not grace the word , but grave and truth of God this condemned adulterer was saved by grace and warned of truth .

“And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst, They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned:

but what sayest thou?

This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.

So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.

And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last:

When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?

She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

The Pharisees therefore said unto him, Thou bearest record of thyself; thy record is not true.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:3-13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

the law sentenced her to death , grace of God saved her and the truth instructed her repentance . And as you said after he spoke the covenant he shed his blood for us because of Gods abounding grace towards us

I think ultimately being born again means we are born into the New Testament and dying with Christ for the old through baptism he died for the old after he mediated the new

“And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭9:15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

his blood was of the new covenant and eternal word

Jesus was purposed from before the foundation of the world; it was not something God decided after the Hebrews kept turning away from Him. Israel was not born during Exodus :rolleyes::oops: Israel was born through the son of promise to Abraham and Sarah; their son was Isaac, who was the father of Jacob, whose name was changed to Israel. He became the father of the patriarchs of the 12 Tribes of Israel.

Born again literally means one has passed from death to life

paul talks about it when he say we who were dead in our trespasses and sins, he has made alive (born again)

I have also been called born again as I was rescued by Jesus too. I am not sure I feel born again as things have been very difficult over the last few years, however I have come to terms with my sins and sought redemption from Christ. I no longer feel the burden of my sins and seek to lead a truthful sinless life going forward. Perhaps born again refers to the change in nature that occurs when you find Jesus and the impact this has.

Spiritual life by grace through faith in the shed righteous blood of Jesus Christ for the remission of our sins, is a rebirth. Born again refers to being sealed by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit of God; it literally means, "born from above," as distinguished from our natural, earthly birth, which will come to an end. We were dead in our trespasses and sins when He made us alive. "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation: the old has gone, the new has come!" 2 Cor 5:17 He saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to His own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit... Titus 3:5

He became the father of the patriarchs of the 12 Tribes of Israel.
I was following exactly what Jesus spoke in the parable of the tenants, told in all 3 synoptic gospels. (Matthew 21:33-46; Mark 12:1-12; Luke 20:9-19).

In the Luke version
9 Then began he to speak to the people this parable; A certain man planted a vineyard, and let it forth to husbandmen, and went into a far country for a long time.

10 And at the season he sent a servant to the husbandmen, that they should give him of the fruit of the vineyard: but the husbandmen beat him, and sent him away empty.

11 And again he sent another servant: and they beat him also, and entreated him shamefully, and sent him away empty.

12 And again he sent a third: and they wounded him also, and cast him out.

13 Then said the lord of the vineyard, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son: it may be they will reverence him when they see him.

Of course, in the grand scheme of God, I am not saying he only decided after Israel kept rejecting him of course. You are correct, it was definitely planned since the foundation of the world.

As for your 2nd point, I was using Exodus 4:22-23 and Exodus 19:5-6.
