God tells us in His Word that the wicked have the capability of turning from their evil ways:

Ezekiel 33:11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die ...
Man rejects God naturally. Man by nature is at enmity against God Rom 8

7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

It is received, thats what constitutes it a gift !
Try that at Christmas. Unless you recieve the gift 🎁 you don't HAVE it . Your pushing the inference to a illogical conclusion. Or universalism, where all Jews and all gentiles will be saved.

Heres ' gifts ' that need receiving.

15But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many .

16And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift : for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.

17For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

18¶Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

19For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

Acts 17 .
10¶And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.

11These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they recieved the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

12Therefore ( because of this ) many of them believed; also of honourable women which were Greeks, and of men, not a few.

Repentance right understood is definitely a gift of God.
First is the revelation of the law, then personal conviction of having feloniously violation the law. Them there is the revelation of the penalty and that it is due that you personally suffer that penalty.
Then there is the revelation of Jesus Christ, who he is and what He did for you in His life, death, and resurection.
Then there is throwing yourself on his mercy, and trusting in him.
This is repentance. It comes through the Holy Spirit of God inhabiting the words of God spoken to someone so that it enters their soul and does the convicting, and revealing, and the granting trust or faith, and believing.
This is the election of one who has been predestined. However one can reject this grace rather than be broken by it. Thus a stone has been laid in Zion and who ever falls on this stone shall be broken, but who ever this stone falls upon shall be crushed. This is Christ, Jesus that if we fall on him we are broken but if he comes down on us in the fathers wrath you are destroyed.
This is repentance that we are fall upon Christ broken and he becomes our foundation upon which we stand and He restores us, and is our refuge.

Because of mans natural enmity against God and inability to be submitted to God, obey God, God must give him repentance towards God.

Not talking about you . Im talking about God, when He gives a Gift its automatically received by the one He gives it to.

The Gifts that God gives are received because God gives them.
Then ALL gentiles and ALL Jews are saved then according to your reasoning . Salvation is a free gift according to ephesians 2.8 .
All are Justified then according to Rom 5
18¶Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon ALL MEN to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon ALL MEN unto justification of life.

No verse says that . You are forcing that reasoning into the text . No verses say that " all gifts from God are recieved "

Thats your problem, you comparing natural understanding with Spiritual things. God gives spiritual blessings and they are received. Has nothing to do with you and your family.

31Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.

32And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him .

33¶When they heard that, they were cut to the heart, and took counsel to slay them.

It says ' Israel ' . This is what the verses say . look at them.
