My opinion as to why the UK (and other countries) are being locked down against the interests of the citizens

when I applied to work in prison, the prisoners had no library, the books were actually all in boxes.
It took forever to get in and out.

I didnt get that job, but whoever did would have to probably need to do a book run.

they dont have internet or cellphones in jail.

those in hotel quarantine, get fed, and also they have free wifi. They can exercise outside for a little bit but its cordoned off. Kinda like jail, but more luxurious lol

if you are gyspy, or homeless, sure you might complain a bit, but if you HAVE a home to go to, it shouldnt be TOO hard to stay put for a few days!

although some people were going crazy after 3 days of living together. But then its in you to work things out with your family/folk.

some people are just miserable gits who are hard to live with though,

i would 100% go to jail,

no gov. has any authority to tell anyone whom has not been convicted of a crime to stay home or face jail time. they can stick that somewhere i can't say on here.

in america, we have a saying- " my rights do not end where your fears began"

covid is of little risk to healthy people.

I had an ultra sound yesterday. The young tech contracted covid19 last November. After two days in the hospital a remdesivar infusion and a heavy dose of steroids, she was virus free in time for Christmas. She still has a messed up sense of smell and taste. The entire lab had the virus, and although they were not hospitalized, they still have the smell and taste problem. They said that food tasted like cardboard.

I took my second vaccination last week, and had no problems. About 5% of the almost 1800 who took the vaccination when we took it, had a slight fever, headache, or a sore shoulder about 4 hours after the vaccination. They lasted lasted less than 12 hours. None have lasting problems.

Then all politicians will end up in jail
Well if you think about it, they have almost all betrayed their oaths of office. Which should really mean jail time for all of them. And no country will be the worse off if the politicians are all locked up and cannot do further harm.

Getting back to the UK, Boris Johnson is making sure that Totalitarianism is fully established, but where is the opposition?

You need to read Mark 12v17, Rom 13v1-7, 1Peter 2v13-17....

Your attitude is certainly NOT of the Lord, and indeed it's attitudes like yours which give The Lord and His people a bad reputation! Rom 2v24, 2Peter 2v2.

Actually they commanded peter to stop preaching.( Stay home)
He told them to go fly a kite.

We are dealing with antichrist system.
The goall is to " stay home " and be forbidden from church.
The next goal is to stop all public preaching due to " offence"

So yes we need to obey God not the antichrist systems you are agreeing with

the Sanhedrin to the Apostles - " preach no more in Jesus's name".

Peter- " we ought to obey God rather than men".

think about that.

Violence of which you'd presumably deal with by murdering any 'Muslim' looking person you see, correct?
Although our current leaders are doing their level best to disregard it, we Yanks have the greatest document ever to be written outside the pages of inspired Scripture that is the envy of the entire world: our U.S. Constitution. Under its "Necessary and Proper Clause", it gives Congress the power to make laws that, among other things, promote the "general welfare" which include laws that criminalize murder. As a Christian and a supporter of the Constitution, I am against murder.

However, we Yank Christians haven't drifted so far from God as liberal European Christianity has that - in the name of Political Correctness - we're willing to blind ourselves to an invasion of violent religious Jihadi goat molesters. We see it beginning to happen here and we're not about to surrender to the kind of exploitation of our women happening in countries. Surrender may be part of their vocabulary, but certainly not ours.

To qualify as "Antichrist", doesn't the system have to claim to "take the place of Christ"? Because that's what "Antichrist" literally means in Greek.

There's around 11 Biblical criteria for identifying the Antichrist of the end times, and one of them is that the system would "think to change times and laws". which means "God's prophetic time-table" (can be shown from Scripture to be the case) and the Ten Commandments which "stand fast forever and ever" (Psalm 111:7-8 KJV). So, in what way can it be said, if possible, that your "Antichrist" system fulfills these two identifying marks of prophecy?

thats fine just saying that some people dont want to. I mean most are actually happy to stay home than go to jail. Plus they got children and families to look after, going to jail would split up your home.

Prisons here are a bit overcrowded.
Hotels are being used as isolation facilities, but they arent actually purpose built for it.

I guess in US theres plenty of accomodations available! In the UK not so much...and the hotels there are a mixed bag lol.

Ive seen Fawlty towers..can imagine UK trying to cope with a lockdown is a miserable time for all. People dont live in huge mcmansions unless they are rolling in it there.

Or they live in places like Downtown Abbey.
I dont think there are many familes that have huge estates anymore and employ hundreds of servants for just one family. You might think oh this is the life living in such a huge edifice but you on beck and call for someone who can do whatever they want with your life as they are your boss.

thats why brits are kind of stereotyped as a nation of shopkeepers. they want to do their own thing than kowtow to any govt, even if it means opening all hours. But if threatened to go out of business what can they do really. They need to somehow work around that.

Not my assertion.

Only that the population was not 100% from British decent.
What does Columbus have to do with that? The USA was founded by British people for British people. Columbus didn't found the USA.

Some things are plainly discernable. Like the fact that British men are cowardly and need to step up and start defending their women against these Satanic Islamists. But, kinda hard to do with no guns, right?

In my town, if a band of Islamists launched a rape Jihad, they would all be dead of lead poisoning before the setting of the sun. The minster of justice can only bear the sword in places where there's no "sword-control".
Can you explain what you mean by this, please?

I'm not sure if it would resonate with you. Do you acknowledge that fundamentalist Islamists are invading the West and seeking to wage against Western governments the Three Stages of Jihad - Stealth Jihad when their numbers are few, Defensive Jihad when their numbers are many, and finally Offensive Jihad when they finally conquer the nation and subjugate the "heretics"?
