It is written in Rev 20, that there is the first resurrection, and the second resurrection. And in the second resurrection some a resurrected unto life, and the others are resurrected unto the lake of fire.
Every person that has walked this earth, died, and gone to where ghosts go to, will be resurrected.
The question is, unto what? Life or the lake of fire.

Okay. I have many questions. Can you tell me how HIS body looks like? What is it like to be sitted on the right hand of the father? How is that wonderful heaven? There is not darkness there correct? What is it like to see GOD as HE is? If you are in Christ, surely you are there sitted together with HIM. So you can tell me all about this, can't you?
Not exactly. The book of Life is opened up, and all those whose names are not written in the book of life are cast into the lake of fire.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
