13For by one ceremony where we get dunked into water and a man says some words are we all put into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
Erm no !

No it says the word of reconciliation is

The sins to Jesus ..not reconnecting us to God
not imputing their trespasses unto them;
He didn't let the sins stick to us if we believe
and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
The word is the truth. We can rejoin God.
The last bit is right , if you mean that because of the death ,burial and resurrection and giving of the Holy Spirit the bridge is down everyone can now cross? He's paid for the worlds sins ( not imputing their trespasses against them ) Then yes . Through 1 cor 1.21 . This is good news for everyone.
One does not ask a dead person to come into their heart to be their Lord and Savior. I have stated that one needs to know WHO Jesus IS. He IS the Son of God. Coming to Jesus is NOT complicated. Coming to Jesus is a thing of the heart, not the head. You must be Born Again. It IS that simple. God decides whose heart is ready to receive, not you or I.

It would help if baptism were even mentioned there in Eph 1:13 but it's not the word there is a phrase you were sealed, ἐσφραγίσθητε esphragisthēte ,you were sealed.
Neither is baptism mentioned in 1 Cor 15:1-4.

Then why isn't such a ' crucial element ' of the gospel absent in those clear passages on the Gospel? Its because we are ' immersed ' in christ s body by the Holy Spirit apart from h20

It you want a real answer on how we become one with God then look into what Quantum Entanglement is. Entanglement doesn't care about time. The Cross is The Way out of this fallen reality. Our souls entangle to God when we open the door.
If Acts 2.38 was for the body of christ ,you might have a point. In Acts 2 .38 Israel ( that audience ) needed to be baptised in order to receive the Holy Spirit .
Our Spirit is ' loosed ' from the flesh by the operation of God through the circumcision made without hands.
Col 2
10And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
11¶In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

In 1 cor 1 he has already addressed that they are baptised. When he addressed the divisions between them.

Except it is for as it's written in verse 39 those far off, and then Philip baptised the Samaritans and the Ethiopian Eunuch, and the first chapter of corinthians clearly states they were baptised.
