I would love to work for the CDC or the FDA, or any organization that is dedicated to saving lives. As it stands I have the best career in the world saving the souls men as a fisher of men and the lives God uses me to save have eternal consequences. But if I was not called to full time ministry of the Gospel I would think that working for the CDC would be a very rewarding career.

I believe that they help make American lives much better than if they did not exist. I think most Americans agree with me. You may not, and that is your right but it should not be shocking to you that most Americans are grateful for both the CDC and the FDA.

Most people on CC might think that the CDC and the FDA are corrupt but I do not think that most Americans would agree.

And even if they did, even if all of American were conspiracy theorists it would not phase me. I will read about and learn about how the CDC and FDA works and then base my decision on that not what conspiracy theorist make up in their heads.

I would have to research what your referring to. I don't know what the questions are so I don't know what the answers are. I know that it takes over a year for official data to become "official" so maybe that has something to do with it.

I am just saying that there might be reasons that you are not aware of and you might need to analyze the facts before jumping to the conclusion that their is fraud or something dishonest which is highly unlikely don't you think?

Rationally, carefully, not quick to judge without data, etc. Giving them the benefit of the doubt until I have reason to conclude other wise would be the more plausible approach to me. This instant accusation of wrong doing does not make sense to me. All the rest was to further the extreme Leftist agenda of the Democrats and bail out all the Democratic jurisdictions which have been mismanaging their affairs for a very long time. • gives direct-payments to the majority of Americans
  

which part do you people think is 99% going to other countries and which part is over 90% completely unrelated to the pandemic?

schools get the majority of their funding from state aid -- and are underfunded even with that. i don't know how long it's been, if ever, since you've had a child in school. or maybe you had rich parents that sent you to a private school? but schools are broke. they get the kids to bring money for basic things like chalk and paper towels and glue, and chip in to be able to pay for gas and admission when they go on field trips. that's not because schools are sapping money from everyone and amassing wealth, lol. it's because we don't fund education in this country. we sit on forums and talk all high and mighty about how 'public schools teach evil blah blah' but we don't lift a finger to do anything about that. we don't take the $25k per year county teacher job to make a difference. we just stick our nose in the air like we're better. and we vote for people that cut school budgets, because 'libs = satan & the GOP is god on earth'

in 2020 the economic impact on states of billions of dollars in lost tax revenue from the shutdown means that available state aid plummeted. school funding is at drastically reduced levels right now.

on top of that, schools have to abide by federal and state laws & guidelines. they don't have the luxury of being a pious repubilcan 'christian' and ignoring city, state and federal rules and laws because they think the pandemic is a conspiracy and are too put out to social distance or wear a mask, no matter what the sings on the doors say. so schools, to open, have to jump through a lot of hoops to try to make the environment that Americans send their children to is safe -- a lot of hoops they didn't have to jump through in 2019.
