Brother, excuse me, you got on the firing line. I didn't mean to be so direct. As brother EG has said, we both believe the Jews must come through the cross, just like all of us. Romans tells us they have been blinded for a time, but they will one day recognize their Messiah, and they will morn Zechariah 12. God will keep His promise to the chosen people. He said it was everlasting.
Genesis 13:15, KJV: "For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever."
…that the LORD your God will bring you back from captivity, and have compassion on you, and gather you again from all the nations where the LORD your God has scattered you. If any of you are driven out to the farthest parts under heaven, from there the LORD your God will gather you, and from there He will bring you. Then the LORD your God will bring you to the land which your fathers possessed, and you shall possess it. He will prosper you and multiply you more than your fathers. (Deuteronomy 30:3-5)
After almost two thousand years of dispersion God began bringing the Jews home in 1948. Israel is the nation that was literally born in a day!

God is not done with the Jewish people. His Word says so. If He breaks His promise to them, the chosen, then we being grafted in have no hope.
Yes, Amen. Many Jews have already done this. We have all been born blind. When the Holy Spirit opens our eyes and we are convicted, it is our time to come under the blood also. God's dealings with Israel is a picture of how He deals with every man as an individual.
There's nothing at new about wars or the rumors of them, false saviors, or cataclysm. You have a problem.

While the fact those things have always happened. Jesus spoke in future tense. You will see these things, Not that these things have always occured.
I am not the one with a problem my friend.
"You will see these things".....that......."have always happened", would make the birth pangs meaningless, which is why people throughout history thought the 2nd coming would occur in their lifetime and were wrong.
Yes, they had to obey the Covenant of the Law.
That is not equivalent to saying that they are saved by the Law.
Its similar to what God told Cain in Genesis 4:7. God did not tell Cain to believe right, but to do right, in order to be accepted by God as Abel was (Hebrews 11:4).
You seem to have extreme difficulty understanding what I meant when I say, "God commands them to obey the Law, they show faith by obeying what God commanded them", or is it you refuse to understand because you are determined to make me say what I am not saying?

FYI, its actually the resurrection that is the key event, not the death of Christ (1 Cor 15:13-15).
Again if this was known before Paul, the 12 would have been camping outside the tomb on the 3rd day, counting down to his resurrection.

Fear and doubting of the Truth is not the same as ignorance of the Truth.
If you want to believe that the 12 must have known that Jesus would die for their sins and rise again on the 3rd day to justify them, before that mystery was revealed to Paul, that is certainly your right.
FYI, do you recall the final question they asked of Christ before he ascended to heaven, in Acts 1:6?
Notice it was not "Lord, are we now forever righteous apart from the Law of Moses, now that you have died and rose again on the 3rd day"?
Many things seem to be a mystery to you. I will pray that the Spirit open your eyes, but you must be willing to receive this sight.
I rather understand Scripture literally, without having to impose additional assumptions into what people in the bible "must have known".
