She says I sound like her husband and that if she doesn't look at me but just listens she's ok with it all...

But the second I want a kiss she wants to run away and get kissed by her husband instead.

*Sigh*

I guess I'm going to have to grow the beard back...

I had a chin beard for most of our relationship because she said that she likes beards...so I grew one out for her.

Then went full Santa for Christmas. But now since I'm all vaxxed up and can return to normal life I'm getting cleaned up. I'm getting my teeth cleaned and a haircut next week.

It's going to be awesome to escape quarantine finally.

We are having an anniversary party at the lake and have invited all our friends who have been dying to leave quarantine too. We've gotten a good response out of everyone about it. So we are kinda expecting to fill the park.

Lots of friends and food on the grill. (I'm going to make some kielbasa and garlic sausages) have fishing poles and maybe connive to get someone to bring a guitar.

So...if my wife doesn't recognize me and I've gone up three pant sizes I discovered. (Was a 34 now I'm a 40)

I'm thinking that my friends won't either.
It wont take long to grow the beard back, maybe a bit longer to lose the weight lol.

Goodnight all be blessed
Nighty night...

Right behind ya on this... except I prefer that I be with my wife and you get your own bed.

Behind you in time and not location...I'm not creepy or a letch...just misspoken often.

Yeah...I'm going to have to focus on this... pushback from the dinner table and push-ups and walking and exercising in general. There's not been much to do except play with the stock market and eat. I've made leather crafts and made a new dining room table and all kinds of stuff. Redone my fishing poles and gone fishing. Baked bread and donuts and all kinds of charcuterie arts and patisserie arts.
Ready to go back to work and rejoin life.

Well, if you're going to be eating kielbasa, then it's probably good that you're going to be outdoors.

lol.

I've always wanted to do the bushy beard thing, but I always chicken out.

Is that a wedding anniversary party?

If so, then how many years?

John 13:34-35 - A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

Philippians 2:4 - Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.

Luke 6:31 - And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.

We were going to take classes for scuba diving...then my truck needed a new motor. It got the money we needed to go scuba diving. I was on the way to earning enough to consider doing it again...and then we went into quarantine and I had blown out my knee.
So now we aren't sure if I am going to be able to continue to work...but I still want to go scuba diving.
Maybe we will... maybe not. Dunno.

Lots of maybe. But it certainly looks fun.

Ten years...
We've had a blast the whole time we have been together. It's been one adventure after another.
And I'm truly blessed to be married to her. We have been around the world and locally been a head scratcher to our friends. She has supported me in all my endeavors. And I've been lucky to have the opportunity to help her in hers.
Together we have had an affect on all those around us. We don't seem real. But we are more genuine than anyone they have ever known...and that scares a lot of people. This past Christmas was just an example.
We professionally packaged and delivered chocolate truffles and cookies to all. She designed the labels, got the boxes, wraps, and trays and I made candy and cookies. Comparison shopping for similar treats was coming up with insane prices for them.
I dressed in red plaid, got a pipe, Santa hat, and had a full white beard...we delivered them to all.
It was fun times.
She makes all that stuff happen. From ingredient acquisition, packaging, logistics, scheduling and organizing everything. (Herculean feats) I'm just the dummy who cooks.
We brought more than just junk food...we brought happiness and joy and hope during Christmas.
And we were delighted to do so.
And I think that I need to celebrate in thanksgiving for God bringing her to me those 11 years ago. Our friends can as well... we have been different than most married couples but in a good way.

I'd be too scared to go scuba diving. I've seen too many shark movies

Sounds like fun times.

Chocolate truffles used to be my Mom's favorites.

Happy upcoming anniversary to you and Mrs. Claus.
