You are mixing again! There is a DIFFERENCE in being born of the spirit, that is regeneration, and being filled with the Spirit wish is the anointing UPON. Don't take my word for it, go LOOK: ever instance of the baptism in the spirit of filling of the spirit (same thing called by two titles) Luke wrote "On" or "Upon." He never wrote "in" or "within."
Look, ANYONE can pull scriptures out of their context and make them fit some theory. But that is not wise.

Before the cross, which includes the Synoptic gospel of Luke "(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)" Being born of the spirit, is when His POWER comes upon us (Acts 1:8) the day He "chooses and ordains us" (John 15:16) and "He baptizes us with the Holy Ghost" (John 1:33) like as a defibrillator's power quickens a physical body back to life His "POWER comes upon (Acts 1:8) our "DEAD spirits" (Romans 5:12-14; I Corinthians 15:21-22) Who "QUICKENS" us (I Corinthians 15:45) "back to life" (Ephesians 2:1) as we are "born again of the spirit" (John 3:5-7) and are "resurrected from our graves" (Ezekiel 27:12-14) IAW I Corinthians Chapter 15.

GOD IS PULLING SCRIPTURES TOGETHER IAW WITH ISAIAH 8:20 AS HE "REVEALS BY HIS SPIRIT" (I CORINTHIANS 2:10)!

How can the Word of God given be "way off" when it witnesses other Scriptures yet today's Christians' beliefs contradict other Scriptures?

Once you learn how to rightly divide the word of truth, and not take Israel's truth to be necessary also the truth for the Body of Christ, then you will be able to reconcile this topic.

Water baptism vs Jesus' baptism (John 1:33; Acts 1:5) who gives POWER (Acts 1:8) is why there are no signs and wonders.

God rightly divides the Word for me so it won't be off like today's Christianity (I Corinthians 2:10).

If "he" tells you something that contradicts God's written word "he" ain't God. Because God is not a liar to have a written record and then contradict himself making himself a liar. If you contradict God's word and claim God told you, you are a false prophet.

He's not your god who is only secular religion.

For example, whenever you hear the word baptism you think "immersion in water" which is not what Jesus said after the cross (Acts 1:5) or there would be TWO baptisms (Matthew 28:19) when Ephesians 4:5 says "one baptism" and Jesus said "Holy Spirit baptism" (Acts 1:5) and not water (Acts 2:38 /Matthew 28:19).

"Baptisms" for salvation are different in each dispensation!

Do you know "our example" (I Corinthians 10:11) for baptism in Scripture is when the children of Israel were "...baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea" (I Corinthians 10:1-2) in Exodus 14:16; 21 and NO ONE GOT WET?

"The Cloud" did the same thing the Holy Spirit does for us today "guide us into all truth" (Joh 16:13) as "The Cloud lead them the way" (Exodus 13:21).

According to what happened to "our examples" where is water involved?
