I believe the Royal Law or Law of Liberty is loving your neighbor as yourself.

James 2:8-13
8If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: 9But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. 10For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. 11For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. 12So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. 13For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.

Romans 13:8-10
8Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. 9For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 10Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

Matthew 22:36-40
36Master, which is the great commandment in the law? 37Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38This is the first and great commandment. 39And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

The Royal Law aka Law of Liberty is the Law of Love.
OK, what does it mean to love? It means obeying His commandments, per Matthew 22:40 KJV, 1 John 2:3-4 KJV and 1 John 5:2-3 KJV. The Bible breaks down the Law of Love as follows:

Law of Love
:
:
v

The Two Great Commandments
(Love the Lord and Love thy Neighbor)
:
:
v
The Ten Commandments

(First Four = Love the Lord...................................Last Six = Love thy Neighbor)
If anyone tries to tell you we don't have to keep the Ten Commandments, they are deceived by the devil and are full of bulldookey.

If they say the Ten Commandments are abolished, ask to sleep with their wife.

If they say, "Forget the Letter of the Law and just keep the Spirit of it", ask them if you can have sex with their wife as long as you don't lust after her.

Then explain to this satanically deluded individual that if a man keeps the Spirit of the Law, he will automatically be keeping the Letter of the Law.

There's only one commandment people have a problem with, but instead of just choosing to obey it, they craft all sorts of reasons to get around it and hope to God they aren't wrong in the end.

The only mirror James says we are to stand before is the Ten Commandments. They show us if we truly love God and others, for if we love God, we'll keep the first four and if we love our neighbor, the last six.

The Ten Commandments existed before Moses (Cain knew not to kill, Rachel knew not to steal, Joseph knew adultery was wrong, etc.) and "stand fast forever and ever" (Psalms 111:7-8 KJV) so we shouldn't pretend that they began with Moses and ended at the Cross as did the laws of ceremonies and sacrifices which did begin with Moses and ended at the Cross.

That's why it's OK to forget about sacrificing a lamb or getting circumcised but not OK to sleep with another man's wife, steal his possessions, or worship Satan as god...and never will be.

7:21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
7:22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
7:23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

This is why we can summarize 10 commands with two. Sin does not proceed from a heart that embraces the two commands..

But no one can keep the ten commandments perfectly even If they know when they are doing wrong.

Agree. The point is that they show us what right and wrong is. Sin needed to defined so we could understand our sinful state and our need for Redemption. It is good that we understand that we cannot earn our own salvation by pulling ourselves up by our own bootstraps. We need Jesus. The Law is our schoolmaster that points us to Him.

The point is that if we are genuinely loving our neighbor as ourselves we won't kill, steal, sleep with our neighbor's wife, etc. The letter of the law is the written word, the spirit of the law is love for God and love for neighbor.

Notice below that James says that failing to keep the 10 commandments makes someone guilty, but we aren't judged by that. We are to speak and do as those who will be judged by the law of liberty. The law of liberty is definitely loving your neighbor as yourself.

James 2:10-13
10For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. 11For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Great point and observation. Thank you for pointing that out. It certainly is much more than an exterior show of love, but an internal sincerity as well.

Its worth noting that Paul says nothing about a “LAW” of liberty; he says “the law of the SPIRIT” (Rom. 8:2).

James not only says nothing about being “dead to the law” or being “free from that law” (Gal. 3:13; Acts 13:39; Rom. 6:7,18), he goes into a dissertation on people who were justified by WORKS before the Law was given (vss. 21–25). How is THAT an illustration of the “law of liberty” as Paul gives it after the resurrection? It isn’t. Paul says nothing about a “LAW” of liberty; his says “the law of the SPIRIT” (Rom. 8:2).

The royal law of love is learning to be others focused and not self focused.it focuses on serving, giving and loving

it is not obeying commands, but when we love we by practice do not break commands

The same GOD that spoke the old covenant Is the same GOD that speaks the new covenant and GOD doesn't change so then some believe that they should keep the ten commandments because JESUS DID say If you love me keep my commandments.

JESUS told the rich young ruler to keep the ten commandments and the young ruler said he had been keeping them but JESUS told him he was lacking so how would someone keep the ten commandments?

Answer=The law of liberty.

I'm not sure I understand this statement that you made
There is a popular tendency to tie the Ten Commandments "Moral Law" to the Law of Moses "Mosaic Law" for the purpose of getting rid of both of them at the Cross, per Colossians 2:13-14 KJV. Not so.

They existed before the Exodus 20 codification at Mount Sinai, as Exodus 16 proves -- before they even got to Sinai, God called out the people for refusing to obey "My law". Cain knew not to kill, Rachel, knew not to steal, Joseph knew not to sleep with Mrs. Potiphar, etc. Psalms 111:7-8 KJV says the commandments which God wrote with His hands - the Ten Commandments - will "stand fast forever and ever", while the Mosaic Law of ceremonies, sacrifices, feast days, etc., ended at the Cross.
But no one can keep the ten commandments perfectly even If they know when they are doing wrong.
Sure you can! We can do all things through Christ, right? God doesn't expect perfection - only a willingness to be made perfect. Never forget that.

The Just Man of Proverbs 24 might stumble into the pit of sin, but takes hold of Jesus' outstretched hand, climbs out, gets back on the Path of the Just, and follows the "shining light that shineth more and more unto the perfect day". This is the man who is willing to be made perfect.

The Presumptuous Man deliberately climbs down into the pit, takes a seat and gets comfortable, swats away the hand of Jesus, and waves a "Once Saved, Always Saved" license in His face. He thinks salvation will cover his deliberate, habitual, known sin while ignoring the plain words of Solomon: "He that covereth his sin shall not prosper, but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy." Proverbs 28:13 KJV There is no mercy for this man.

What do you mean we aren't judge by it? James plainly refers to the "law of liberty" in the same breath he speaks of "kill" and "adultery" and it is that same law - the Ten Commandments - by which he says we will be judged!

What false pulpit told you that "break one/guilty of all" is permission to disregard our obligation to NOT break them and be innocent of all?

That is madness.

James' counsel is as clear to the hyper-grace fanatics of his day as to the same in our day: that grace doesn't transform God's Law into a buffet table where we can pick and choose which to obey or disregard.

I agree the Cross delivered humanity from the curse of the law, without which we all perish. It is no good to the one who refuses to take hold of that deliverance by inward faith, the outward evidence of which is obedience, just as the outward evidence of the apple tree's inward DNA is an apple.

But, OSAS License to Sin folks refuse to agree with 1 John 2:3-4 KJV, 1 John 3:7 KJV, Romans 2:13 KJV, 1 John 2:29 KJV, 1 Peter 1:15-16 KJV, Galatians 6:7-8 KJV, Romans 6:14-16 KJV, 1 Corinthians 6:9 KJV, James 1:22 KJV.

Well, that isn't what I said.

I said we're not judges by the 10 commandments, but rather judged by the law of liberty which is how well we love our neighbor as ourselves:

James 2:12
12So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.

If you break one of the 10 commandments, even secretly in your heart, or accidentally, then you're guilty of transgressing the whole law:

James 2:10
10For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

Given our inability to keep the law, Christ fulfilled the law for us so that by faith in His life death and resurrection we are justified by His righteousness. We access the grace of God by faith in Christ.

Romans 5:1-2
1Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
We're not free to go on sinning as you suggested, nor do born again Christians want to sin, rather we are free to love our neighbor as ourselves in the law of liberty:

Galatians 5:13-15
13For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. 14For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 15But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.

Galatians 5:22-23
22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
