So I got really no where to ask this but does anyone know what's really happening in the middle east. From Cbn says Israel is being targeted and Palestinians are the cause and (evil as most things cbn sporadically disagrees with) the thing is Cbn is at the point that the main stream media is to me, I take what they say with a very large grain of salt (I have yet to find a media source that is untouched by sensationalism and severe biases, I'm starting to think they are extinct atm) However I'm hearing from sources in the Palestinian areas its straight up genocide being launched by Israel. There isnt much I can go off of other than potentially biased news sources and unfortunately it often interferes with what's actually happening. If Israel is perpetrating genocide, what do we Christian's do? I know we are supposed to support Israel, but can we still support it (if this genocide is real and isnt inflated propaganda which once again I have no way of knowing the truth rn as Facebook will send you to Facebook lockdown the second you interfere with the far left) If its actually committing this? I know the situation is incredibly complicated and it's been decades in the making, but is there a way we can support Israel without supporting such extreme actions? 🤔

Indeed, very much so. No matter who or what started it, it needs to stop.

It's very simple. Look who started the conflict and why. Yes, Israel could be smarter in how it goes about managing issues, but fundamentally Hamas is committed to destroying Israel. All it needs is an excuse and it will launch an attack. Any nation has the right to defend itself. The USA has been to war with Grenada and Panama to protect its interests. They are not even on the border of the US. No one criticises The Ukraine for resisting Russian inspired violence.

The organisation that publicly states its intention to commit genocide is Hamas, supported 100% by Iran. Palestinians have had countless opportunities to secure a separate state. They are not interested. They will only accept a single state solution. The world is controlled by Satan so you can expect no sympathy from the UN or much in the way of unbiased reporting. The BBC, Australia's ABC and many other mainstream media organisations are utterly biased. If you want to see the other side of the story, subscribe to "Honest Reporting". You will discover how media misrepresents Israel, often by simply leaving out facts that are inconvenient to anti Israel sentiment.

I'll look into it. Something other than cbn would be nice. They've been on a downward spiral for a few years now. I only stay for the uplifting stories and I wont deny there journalism on pop culture in general is very out of touch and sometimes downright hilarious ( especially the ones about video games, with all that's going a good laugh is something I appreciate.) Well either way I will support Israel in someway, as I'm called to do so. As for who did what I just pray it stops at this point. To many innocent people on both sides have died.

Yes I like watching him too because he sticks to facts and doesn't get involved in hype and because he is in the middle of it all.

For most of us we feel bad for people on both sides who just want a normal life and die because two Countries are at a conflict,or I.D.Ps Internally displaced people. But in a war which this will surly become there is no innocence. I know, I know!! Remember what stopped the War in World War 2? The destruction of many innocent people. The idea of War is that there should be no holds barred. We lost in Vietnam because our Government wanted to make rules in a war!

Collateral damage( civilian deaths) is always part of any war. War is designed to preserve the people's freedom of that Country. When someone shoots over 1500 rockets into your Country what would you do? And with a President who is at best weak, other Countries see a chance to take advantage! ( Example we just paid 5 million dollars to re open the pipeline from terrorists!!!) What message does that send?? I feel as though we are back in the 1970s when Carter was President!

You find out who your real friends are in a War as well! Gas prices are at an all time high, and going up,just like it was in the 70s. Serving 2 tours in Vietnam I learned much not just about fighting, but also how to keep you enemy from taking over, get rid of them!

The media has no concept of what war's goals truly are, or from war, what they are to become.Neither does any soldier, only the governments from who they fight for does. When you makes rules to preserve the innocent you lose! Hence why this conflict has gone on for so long! I know many may have loved ones in both places, and i am sorry for them, but what I tell you is the hard core truth about war.

Palestinians use their civilians as shields. For example they will set up a rocket location in a civilian town. In war you have to defeat the threat with as minimal civilian casualties unfortunately it occurs. It is war. It is ugly but the threat must be defeated and Israel takes civilians into account as to why they often in decades past use more nonlethal methods like tear gas. They also have very accurate equipment to blow up these sites with minimal civilian casualties.

Appreciate the info 🙏👍 There is definitely more this than what the media portrays. Nothing new there.

When you are defending yourself, how in the world can you be accused of genocide? This is more Leftist nonsense. Someone needs to commit genocide on all the lying Leftist media.

Israel has every right to defend itself, and if it means wiping out Gaza then so be it. But what they really need to do is wipe out the mullahs and ayatollahs of Iran. Those are the scoundrels behind this bloodshed. After that they need to send some Israeli Special Forces to the White House and arrest Biden (since he started all of this). He needs to be tried for crimes against humanity.

I dont think genocide should be committed to anyone. We are asked to loving and peace makers. Yes war happens and is out of our control sometimes. I much rather see my enemies saved than die.

Yes, I'm afraid not every Christian will walk the walk :/ very sad. The worse part is in the US these types of atrocities are being denied by some. The more we ignore history the more likely it will be repeated

Their battle has been going on for centuries, The ole Isaac & Ishmael story, sorta like the Hatfield's and McCoy's in America

One thing I can say, it's not to smart to throw rocks at a guy's with a guns?

Shoot rockets at your neighbor that are shot down out of the sky, while return fire is 100 x greater?
