Resist the devil and he will flee. Every time you get a thought, take authority over the evil spirit (which is the source of the thought) and cast it off the earth. Tell Satan he'll run out of demons before you give up. It may take a while but one day you'll realise that you've not been troubled for a while. That is victory. Be sure to thank God for deliverance.
