I disagree, Constantine was banishing those that opposed Arianism after the Nicean Council, the supposed church leaders in Rome were passing judgement, and Constantine would carry out the orders, Eusebius & Athanasius is a prime example

Constantine was never a pope or a bishop. Neither was the Roman church Arian nor are they today.
 
Athanasius, banishment by Constantine had more to do with grain supplies than anything else. When Constantius son of Constantine succeeded Constantine he was openly Arian and had Athanasius exiled again this time it was for His opposition to arianism. The Church at Rome had already adopted the nicaean council and as such were not Arian
 
My conclusion is, catholic is political institution, have political agenda to install pope as the representative of Jesus as King of king that rule the world.

That is the summary of what I read.

Bible say, Jesus will return on the mount of olive in Jerusalem.
Pope represent Jesus on earth, so pope must rule from Jerusalem.

I believe it is antichrist, that will rule from the temple before second coming.
