The 'Lords Navy' is a pejorative associated with anyone that believes that Water ( ceremony ) is necessary for salvation. Such groups and Cults such as Roman Catholicism, Camberlites, Mormons , Jehovah’s witnesses. Now this extends to those who have a more subtle variation. Such as those that sneak ' obedience ' into the mix to confuse those new believers who don't know their bibles yet . What we hear is such things as " its the first step of obedience " .
One way or another this is Lordship / conditional / works / legalism creeping in . Any other teaching that baptism is more than a 'figure ' is preaching a subtle variation of the above . This immediately trips a new believer up , potentially sets him on a path to shipwreck his faith into legalism / Lordship salvation and into a form of the 'Galation error '
Of " Yes is by faith + "
I fell into this double bind as a new believer sadly . I believe its more dangerous than baptismal regeneration, because its more subtle and easy to fall for .
What's the big deal ? Well its another Gospel imo

Some people who I used to respect who hold to this subtle teaching are the likes of David Pawsom and Derick Prince .
