Joh 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
Joh 15:11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
Joh 15:12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
This is the comandment of which you posted before.dont say nothing about beating folks up with your doctrine.
2)As far as women preachers goes ....is a Bishop a preacher? or an overseer? One of the 7 member council that oversee's the many different churches,Such as the head of the Southern baptist coalition,or the Church of God of Prophecy,etc?
in my understanding of the word Pastor/Minister,is to serve,NOT lead,or rule,but to others its a leader,and I dont fault them,I can back both views in the word.
3)Baptism,
Act 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Act 8:36 And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?
Act 8:37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
Act 8:38 And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him
Act 10:47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
Act 10:48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.
Now I wil retyp what I was saying before,Denominations are a growth thing ,Everyone that is learning and growing will grow into and out of a denomination(as I've noticed)
As far as picking and choosing what you want to believe,Are you not aswell?faced with the scriptures of baptism,which you blasted out with at first,now can you see where they are coming from?
Not that you have to believe that way,but look at where it comes from and try to understand.
Ive been to many different denoms over the years,
The Baptist i liked to a point,But the bylaws I realy didnt agree with,Which is what you are trying to convey with the women preachers.
there are others i dont agree with too but thats just me
So i went to COGOP,Church of God of Prophecy,There again some good teaching,Not alot of preaching,and bylaws that had nothing to do with the word of God but the pride and arogance of man
one common factor between the denoms was the Requierment of vowing tithes to that perticular church as if it were dues to being a member like a wrokers union.This aint biblical ,

People define love different, I love My Kids but I am Not going to let them play in the street simply because they want to. I am the type person that will love you enough to tell you when Your fly is open rather let you make a fool of yourself, or love you enough to tell you you have a buger on your face instead of laughing at you for it. this is a Chistian chat room and Forums we should love someone enough to tell them the truth. if you dislike the way I tell you your fly is unzip, at least bethankful that I told you
I love someone enough to tell them the truth, as people are natured there not many ways of doing this without upsetting them, I guess I could have called her a viper Like Jesus did the scholars of His Days Or tell her" Satan get behind me" as He did peter Once, One thing I find funny about this whole thread the Girl that posted it never complained about the way I said anything, but boy alot of other s sure did

Sorry I feel that judgemental baptists are more indanger of hell fire than those that are truely seeking Gods word and not contenually bickering on the basics of scripture,Of which you dont even have a clue.\
youre startin to sound like those churches that condemn women for wearing slacks to church,or men for having to many whiskers on their faces.
And heres the kicker,they also say thats in "love".
I dont subscribe to the baptist denomination for just this sort of preaching,as yours,judgemental,condemning ,not good news but condemnation to everyone but them that are in the fortunate few,All the while fleecing their flocks of the daily sustinance like sheep,building huge churches,and calling everyone else heretics.
Quite frankly that thinking sickens me in my spirit.
I dont claim to be perfect nor all knowing,but I do know that Christ Jesus was,and I preferr to listen and do what He said rather than listen to clamorous,brawling "PASTORS",such as those who claim to be on some crusade in these threads,spreading their version of the truth,Which aint even close .

Then I too must be going to hell for I ain't baptist either , however I never said that, you did , i would never tell someone they are going to hell unless they would admit that they didn't believe that Jesus died and arose> can you not see my picture I have a beard now who is judging who????????
