I have been told by my Doctor that drinking 4 ounces of Red Wine before bedtime will do wonders to help you go to sleep. He says that if more people did this, they would not need the various Medications they spend so much money on............. FYI: I can not testify that it works because in 1983 I promised God I would not partake of fermented beverages or alcoholic beverages again.



But, I do not criticize those who do partake. It is something you might try. It is also suppose to be healthy for you as well........

Not as warm now its back down to 16°c , still nice though :D..

Lol, this is really beautiful. It shows us what it was probably meant to be like. It always amazes me at the bond we can make with animals and vice versa. That kid and that sheep will be friends forever. It's funny how we dont understand each others language but can still somehow communicate. I want one of those sheep now :LOL:
