You are welcome! There have been problems galore getting into the chat rooms due to adobe issues mostly (I think?), but if you peruse the suggestion and/or user2user tech forums, work arounds have been supplied as solutions and some report that these solutions work. Getting access to the mic is a different issue. Non-paying members I believe can access the mic, but paying members have priority, so if the room is busy and paying members out number you, your chances of being able to speak are slim. You can always text ;) And, finally, PMs can be instigated only by paying members unless your account predates the platform change of May 2018 :)Those accounts have been "grandfathered" in. However, you can be invited into a PM by someone else and participate in that PM despite not financially supporting the site. A PM can include anywhere between two to about 20 people.

:oops: sorry, I am not able to answer this for you, as I don't use the live chat rooms here.
There is a forum (bottom of forum list) called USER2USER, it is like tech support and stuff like that. I think there are a lot of threads in that forum that have information pertaining to the chat room stuff.
