Here is the issue.......i can teach you, but i can't learn it for you., and that is not an insult.
That is just the truth.
See, i bring Light, but i can't reveal it to you, as that is the Holy Spirit or Christ in you that is the revealer.
Scripture is not comprehended, its DISCERNED Spiritually.

So, if you understand that you are...... "one with God", and that happens if you are born again, then NEXT you need to understand that the born again, exist, in the : Kingdom of God.
You are told to "be in the world but not OF IT".......and that is because you are not OF IT< if you are BORN AGAIN, into the Kingdom of God.

The born again are """"""Translated from darkness...........TO Light".
This LIGHT is God's Kingdom, and the born again exist THERE while they are in a body on the earth.
See, the born again, are no longer a part of the temporal existence, as they have been BORN AGAIN......INTO a new Kingdom that is not of this world.
The born again will get a NEW BODY that is designed for the born again Spirit.
The born Again SPIRIT, is waiting for that body, as the one we are in, is "dead because of sin".
So, in the KingdomOfGod< where the born again Exit...., there is no law, or sin, or any of this.....
The law and commandments are for the WORLD, not for the Born again Spirit that is "seated in heavenly places" "in Christ".
And that is why, when you try to TAG a born again Heavenly being as a sinner, who is become a Child of the Light, and Jesus is the Light of the World......you are trying to place the situation that an unbeliever has, on the the Born again, as if both are in the same situation.
Listen to me..
The unbelievers are not in the Kingdom of God, and the Born again, are not any longer related to law or old covenant, or the "body of sin". that is "dead". "crucified with Christ.
See, the born again are RISEN with Christ, yet very few SEE themselves this way, and that is why they live in the mind of the flesh that keeps them in spiritual darkness. or as Paul teaches.......>"fallen from Grace"......."bewitched".......and "in the Flesh".
So, i realize that this is way beyond what you will ever hear from anyone else, and certainly your denomination and you past theological belief system is on full scale "what is he saying". ???????????????!!!!!???????
But i promise you that the Born again, are as RIGHTEOUS as God's righteous that has become who they are "in Christ".
There is no sin found "in Christ", and all the born again exit for eternity, as "ONE with GOD, In Christ".
Get your mind there, get your faith there and you will find this...."Christ always gives me the Victory".

I think of repentance as agreeing with God about my condition before Him
That embraces the elements of having come to believe He is the One True God,
Creator of heaven and earth, the great architect of the universe and the giver of life.
Having faith in the plan He has laid out for humanity, made plain in Scripture, through
the shed righteous blood of His only begotten Son for the remittance of sin as a
propitiatory sacrifice, I am reconciled to Him and attain to life ever after.
You didnt read the rest of what Paul teaches, which is very common....
See, in your verses, Paul is laying the foundation of what He is teaching in Philippians 3.........
And what you've done, is not completed the study .......See, Paul kept going, kept teaching more, and wound up here...."= Christ always gives me the Victory".
You didnt READ the rest, and you ended up stuck in the beginning of his teaching, where he is explaining what was wrong.. and what is FAILING.
So, because you didnt continue to Study to the end of what He was teaching, by reading the rest of what He wrote, you didnt discoverer that he learned how to NOT exist in those verses, where you exist. as "im sinning and confessing and can't stop".
Paul continued to teach, and you didnt continue to read.
You never got HERE = "Christ always GIVES me the VICTORY", that Paul TAUGHT as the place He arrived in His Spirituality....

When Jesus walked the earth, there came a time when some of those who followed Him, departed.
They left.
They stopped listening to God in the flesh..

This is always the situation within the process of teaching people Spiritual application, regarding how to understand Spiritually that is found IN/As the new birth.
I teach daily, and not just online, but in REAL LIFE.
And what happens on forums is what happens in real life regarding any teacher of spiritual truth.
I can teach, but what i can't become is "spiritual hearing"......I can't discern the spiritual for the listener.
All a spiritual preacher , teacher, can do, is share truth as Light.. And hearing Spiritual truth is not like hearing some instruction that logic comprehends. Spiritual truth is revelation, and that is REVEALED as discernment inside the born again Spirit of the hearer.
Paul said that a born again person is not always ready to "hear".......So that means that their ability to discern, is not able to digest deeper revelation.
I write a lot of spiritual application in my posts and in my Threads. The Threads are usually quite long, and that is because im aware that only parts of it will be digested spiritually, as the readers are at different discernment levels, so, i write a lot which allows them to take what they can HEAR.

So, Paul says thanks be to God, ....as this...>"Christ always gives me the victory", ... and you said of yourself that you "fall short".
So, Paul does not fall short.....because "Christ always Gives Him the Victory".........and you said you "fall short".
I teach how you can stop doing that., and instead be as Paul, as "Christ always gives me the Victory".

Christ paid for our sins fully and complete yet in this life, we are in a struggle and are not yet at His Fullness of Perfection.
We are Complete in Him, we are Sanctified in Him, we have Access to the Throne of Grace in Him.
We are able to receive the Promise of the Father through Him.
We are in a struggle, just as Paul stated and i posted.

When we fall short and sin we have an Advocate with the Father - the Lord Jesus Christ
wake up and smell the coffee and drink some Scripture that will fill you up = RIGHTLY divide the Word of Truth
I am not quite understand what it mean, do you believe you don't need repent when you do sin.?
Say you commit murder you don't heed repent and stop murder because Jesus die on the cross for your sin, than keep murder

You mean you would like me to say that sinning and confessing is my discipleship, as you keep showing us is your : "smell the coffee" state of spiritually?
Well, im not you......... and neither is Paul.
See, Paul teaches NOT to continue to live in the diaper stage of falling down as your discipleship.
He teaches that this repenting from dead works, that you are stating is your Christianity (confessing sin) is to be left behind as you find the truth and spiritually mature, and exist here : "Christ always gives me the Victory".
You keep denying this for yourself.
Is this because you enjoy sinning and confessing?
Is it because your denomination taught you that "sinning and confessing" is "real Christianity?
If so, they lied to you.
What do you think is causing your resistance regarding getting out of that failed discipleship?
