If someone spends eternity in Hell because you told them there is no eternal Hell you might have a rough day on Judgment Day.

And judging others like you are doing might mean YOU might have a rough day on Judgment Day.

I quote it because it totally proves Hell is eternal whether you believe it or not. He is ALIVE in the fire.
Do you not understand that he is in hades not lake of fire? When he is cast into lake, he WILL NOT be alive because of that whole pesky second death thing eternal torment people always ignore.

I didn't judge anyone.

He is ALIVE in the fire! He is not destroyed.

So what? It's not same fire that is in lake of fire. Judgement day hasn't even happened for rich man in that passage. Are you going to also cite burning bush verses to somehow support your position?

No one in the lake of fire will be alive. That's what bible tells us. That's what Jesus taught. People being alive in the lake of fire is not biblical and has ZERO biblical support.

Then Jesus wasted His time warning us of EVERLASTING and ETERNAL fire, if you're right..

It is not a parable. Parables are specified in the Bible. The title says Lazarus and the rich man. Not the parable of Lazarus and the rich man. It is a vision not some kind of a story. Abraham and Moses are real and not in a parable. And the Bible is not silent. The dead in hell will be thrown to the lake of fire in the end so it is the final destination of the rich man and he will be tormented forever.
That was added later and is not inspired... There's that man-made tradition/rule about real people being in parables

The KJV 1611 is not inspired? 😱
See how I bolded what you called "the title"? Those titles and subtitles
are additions to Scripture. They are not the inspired Word of God.

Other things were also added to the revealed inspired written Word of God, such as
chapters, verse numbers, punctuation, books that were one being broken into two...

Plus, the KJV does not even add those titles... Some parables are identified as such in the text, but many are not.

Try the KJV 1611. It has titles. I trust the kjv translators and the kjv source manuscripts. If it was a parable, they should have put it in the title.

There are no titles! Those were added. If they are there in any versions or translations, which I still do not see in the KJV 1611, they were added after the fact. "They" should not have put anything there.

I am telling you my KJV 1611 has titles. You want a picture?

I'm often asked why I believe in a Hell when there exists no scientific
empirical evidence proving beyond a hint of sensible doubt there's an
afterlife at all, let alone a fiery afterlife.

Well; I freely admit that my belief in an afterlife is unreasonable, illogical,
and unscientific. But my intuition ignores all that and goes right on expecting
one anyway; like they say: A man convinced against his will, is of the same
opinion still.

Matthew 25:46 (KJV)
46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Everlasting and eternal are the exact same Greek word. If "everlasting punishment" ends then so will "life eternal".
