My dear brother in the Lord wrote an excellent book, and in chapter 8 of that book, He correctly addressed the teaching of Hyper grace.
Some time ago, I did also do the same but for different reasons. I highly recommend Vessels of Fire & Glory by M. Murillo.

I love how he says :
" I am not interested in naming names to expose the falsehoods of hyper -grace teaches"(vessels of Fire pg 79). Instead, he brings accountability to the teaching falsehood and how the "sly teacher can couch their remarks to hide false doctrine." (pg 79).
" if there is nothing wrong with hyper-grace message, why are so many drawing the same wrong conclusion"(pg79).

Hyper grace is teaching a license to sin. And if Hyper grace is not teaching a license, Mario asked, " why are so many using it as a license to sin?"(pg79).

Why does the teaching emphasize how much of the world I can keep and still be ok with God is asked on page 80? There are extremes in movements as there was with the holiness movement when many were called legalistic all men in collared shirts, no women wore pants, and your hair was wrapped into a beehive. We judged the outward appearance not the heart of the person. " those days are gone"(pg80). Now the pendulum has swung to another extreme, there is no balance!

"Satan despises balance with good reason. He understands that the right blend of joy and holiness, godliness, with contentment, faith and love, and wisdom and boldness all produce powerful and lasting results" ( pg80).

The devil takes the church to extremes no matter which one.

There is an example of revival. The devil will greatly oppose revival but when he can't stop it he will help develop and push extremes to take our eyes off OF GOD AND WHAT GOD IS DOING AND PLACE IT ON something like a single idea, or word or thought or teaching: Jezabel spirit, generational curses, Hyper grace.

" You should be suspicious of any movement that always talks about the same thing." " If you isolate a single truth to the exclusion of all others, you can turn it into a lie" (pg80).

If a teacher only talks about Grace, they are in trouble, " but when they name their movement after it, they have FALLEN OFF THE RAILS"(pg 80)

Cheaping of Grace is a crime against the Holy Spirit. Bonhoeffer said:
"Cheap grace is the preaching of forgiveness without requiring repentance, baptism without church discipline, Communion without confession, absolution without personal confession." " cheap grace is grace without discipleship, grace without the cross, grace without Jesus Christ, living and incarnate".

" Cheap grace is a modern crime against the Holy Spirit" ( pg84)

Pul said under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit who received his revelation from the Lord himself''

Rom chapter 6

1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? (hyper-grace)
2 Certainly not!
How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?

15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace?
Certainly not!

16 Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?

My thoughts are that if they are not under the law then why are they still referring to sin as a transgression of the law?

Paul explicitly stated in Romans 4:15 there where there is no law there is no sin.

Romans 4:15
15Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.

Romans 5:13
13(For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law

Romans 7:6
6But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

Romans 10:14
4For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

1 Corinthians 9:19-23
19For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more. 20And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law; 21To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law. 22To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. 23And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.

Either we're fully under the law and, therefore, sin is in effect, or we're not under the law and the sins we think we're committing are a figment of our imagination.

Either we're fully under the law and, therefore, sin is in effect, or we're not under the law and the sins we think we're committing are a figment of our imagination.
that is not true for those who hold to this false teaching of " I can sin, because grace prevents God from seeing my sin".
was it a figment of Peter's imagination to deny Christ? Or how about Judas betraying Jesus? I guess Jesus was wrong for having things against the Churches in the Book of Revelation chapter one to three. NO balance.

Grace is what we walk in as we follow the Lord in a right relationship IF you love me you will obey me, and if you stumble come to me and I will restore you. a Stumble is not full blow retreat back into addiction, pornography, drunkness, adultery, fornication, homosexuality, and recklessness. We are to stand firm in the Liberty.

gal 5:1
1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.

we are to be growing in the Grace and knowledge of the Lord to mature.

1cor 13:11

When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

Hebrew 12:1

Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,

Play time is over.

A post from @CS1 dated October 25, 2016

Good morning ,

it has been a long - suffering and very patient with many in here pertaining to the topic of "hyper-grace" and those who seem to bring this topic up in every post no matter what the thread maybe . Moderators have addressed the issues with some in Bible discussion forum pertaining to this Subject " hyper-grace". We have received more submissions of infractions due to this topic. And the same names keep coming up. Moderators have asked what is hyper grace and where do you stand on the subject? those who were asked have provided their understanding. Now it is not that CC agree with nor against this doctrine as many hold to calvinist and the positions and have scriptural ref to support their understanding. BUT maturity and not attacking those is what is needed. here is what we get when the "hyper grace" topic is brought up:

1. your not saved
2. attacks
3. false teacher
4. infraction submitted
5. request for account to be closed
6. name calling
7. "hyper grace" brought into every post when not even the topic of origin

I have given you 7 reasons why this topic is not good for CC Thread and I have yet to find one reason for it.
Admin and the moderators will no longer allow this to continue . And appropriate action will be taken if a member or guest starts a topic on "hyper grace " or Preachers who teach it. remember those who attack each other many of them call themselves christians yet we eat and devour each other. enough is enough. I am not going to dress you personally at this time... You have an opportunity to let it go or CC Admin and Moderators will take action.

God bless,

very respectfully,

CS1

I find it funny how the moderator who opened that thread has disobeyed his own warning.

Maybe if we are going to post on this again. That thread should be deleted first.

I find it funny how the moderator who opened that thread has disobeyed his own warning.

Maybe if we are going to post on this again. That thread should be deleted first.

apparently, you can't or did not read the thread. That post was from 2016 five years ago. In addition, the Administrator made a final comment on that thread you used.
I suggest you read it. The issue was not the topic of hyper-grace but the constant bring the teaching into every thread and the nastiness of those for it and against.

In 2016, I was not that much familiar with HG, as I am today. If you have a rebuttal to what I have said and disagree please do so, but do so respectfully without the above list which I have added in the past, five years ago.

The administer said to that thread in 2016 right under mine:

"We have never prohibited users who subscribed to either extreme from posting here but from time to time we end up having to crack down because we end up with every thread becoming overrun with the same debate no matter what subject it originally started off on.

Simply put, in recent months it seems that every other thread in this forum has ended up hijacked to the law vs grace vs hyper-grace subject and we have had numerous users leave the site because of the non-stop contention caused by it.

This free for all WILL STOP or the users perceived to be the primary cause of the problem (there are users on both sides of the debate) will be removed. "

Fast forward to 2021 wow :) The context of Hyper-Grace has been well defined and it is of my understanding that this teaching Cheapens the Grace of God.

It is as destructive as Legalism, word of faith, Generational curses, and any teaching where the only topic is ONE only and not the full counsel of God.

You can attack me, and I will take it as those who hold to HG

have no Biblical answer for the comments and quotes I have made from the Book I provided in MY Thread. ON that I bid you a good day :)

Again,

If your going to post about hypergrace. You should remove the thread completely. It is hypocritical to keep it posted then to go against YOUR OWN WORDS in that thread.

If that does not bother you thats fine.

I did not read your post yet because as far as I see, it is against the forum rules.

You already posted what you thought in that thread. Now your going back on what you said. THAT is what I am questioning my friend.

I have no problem with this thread. I just think it is hypocritical of you. Thats why I recommended that you delete that thread FIRST. Then proceed.

This is your second post on my thread and you have yet to provide a biblical rebuttal to my post. The admin is very much capable to remove my thread in fact it had to be approved before it was allowed. In my last post here, I addressed WOF, HG, Generational curses, and legalism.

You are trying to make a false narrative. Yes, my own words and that of admin are right there for you and all to see.

Now, please think of me what you wish it has no influence on me, or do I care what you think I will lose no sleep or accept condemnation from you or any other :). It is very amazing from 2016 you forget your own action LOL. I am sure you did not read my post and that is fine. Your comments are only out of ignorance, Lord knows I have read all over your on this topic and have them to prove it along with your actions :)

1/ This is not true, This was thoroughly refuted back in 2016, And how you can sit here again today and make the same false accusations is beyond me

From what was posted from the TEACHERS themselves is that Grace is so powerful. IT CAUSES PEOPLE TO WANT TO LIVE not in sin,

Grace is the means by which we grow in christ, It is the knowledge that we HAVE eternal life, that gives us the power to continue to believe, It is this faith in Christ that gives us the power to overcome.

Why does the teaching emphasize how much of the world I can keep and still be ok with God is asked on page 80? So let me guess, Are you preaching sinless perfection now?

God has given us his standard. His standard is perfection. So if you commit one sin, you are technically in sin and have fallen short of Gods glory. And as James said, you are guilty of the law

This is what grace believers teach. That when we look inside, we see how DEEPLY sinful we are. And are not of those who puff themselves up and think they are just good righteous people There are no righteous people. Only people saved by Grace.

I also think it is funny how once again, you have brought in a book, written by someone who is against another doctrine. And want to start this war all over again.

I also think it is funny how once again, you have brought in a book, written by someone who is against another doctrine. And want to start this war all over again.

First off I am starting a war. it was you who said that
1. I did not read your post or care about it
2. You just now provided your opinion biblically after name-calling which is typical of you.
3. you are suggesting a false narrative about starting a war in which I have not only laid out the teaching of hyper-grace, but of, legalism, and generational curses. In the word of God, we do not find one place where the term of Hyper grace is said.

as a defense mechanism, those of hyper-grace ask the same thing they defend false teaching by bringing up another false teaching like " Sinless perfection". What I have said and the book is we need "Balance", not circling your wagon around only one teaching.

What was wrong with God's Grace that one had to make it Hyper? What was wrong with faith that it had to be the WOF? what was wrong with holiness that it had to become Legalism? The context of hyper-grace is as it was said in the book I agree with it, yet 2016 I was not understanding of and in fact, was open to it, yet I see today it is a false teaching that cheapens the Grace of God. Take it or leave it, I had you ignore, I have not a problem with doing it again :) So you don't feel you are at war with anyone :)

I am not deleting anything. and I am not being hyper-critical you are. Those who have read that I have said are very capable of making up their own mind. Admin can do whatever they want with this post.

Thank you for confirming my post-massage about those who hold to this false doctrine :) I greatly appreciate it.

The hyper-grace movement has infiltrated many churches. This is a doctrine that justifies bad lifestyles, no matter how egregious. "God loves sinners. Sinners all go to heaven. Accept everyone." Hyper-grace does away with the need for personal responsibility, repentance before God, or being regenerated. It conflates the love of God, which is unalterable, with the standards of God, who eternally hates lying and evil.

Take it or leave it, I had you ignore, I have not a problem with doing it again :) So you don't feel you are at war with anyone :)
yet you did not refute anything I said.

Typical..

I am not the one who said ANY POST CONCERNING THIS TOPIC is bad.

then years later MADE A POST.

that's you my friend.

You want to continue to falsly accuse people of believing things they do not believe like so many, Thats on you my friend

You have not said a thing about the context of my rebuttal to your post.

THIS IS TYPICAL of people who know they have no argument.

This is nothing new, In judes day, they were called LICENTIOUS. so it s not something new which has infiltrated the church

Once again, This lie was thoroughly refuted about certain churches back in 2016.

I have yet to see any church or churches represented in CC that states all sinners will go to heaven.

Hyper grace churches (the ones I have read about in here) teach it is our RELATIONSHIP with Christ that causes us to grow in him. so again you are bearing false witness

I love it how legalistic people call grace believers hypergrace or licentious

And licentious people call grace believers legalistic.

One day God will show the truth. as legalism and licentious will be destroyed.
