Depends on what "his part in it was". If his part was to arm the Iranians and open the door for Russia to take over the middle east in an alliance with the Islamic nations, attack Israel, and destroy the petro dollar, then he is very successful. I wouldn't be surprised if we see statues and other honors to Biden in Russia, Afghanistan and Iran. Also, this shows that Biden, despite the claims of his dementia, does not forget his friends in Russia who have given his family millions of dollars.

I'm flummoxed, one minute he's lost in the crowd and his wife is snapping her fingers to call him to heel and I can't understand a sentence he says. The next he's pulling off some evil strategy a la Pinky and the Brain. My head hurts when I see him coming to the microphone. I don't know what pills they are filling this guy with but it must be some awesome stuff!!

Well, honestly I wasn't living here then, and I am a little young to remember the first Bush as far as politics. I think Trump would have done the same had things started to go wrong. Either way, Biden pulling out troops first was bassackward, clearly.

I think it is more like one minute he is a puppet of an evil dictator who is pulling the strings and the next minute he is simply a puppet.

Why are we pretending like this is bothersome, when it is the normal? Be honest, nobody on Gods green earth expected picket fences and roses given from faction to faction, as in the marxist utopias. We knew id be a powerstruggle when there came about a powervacuume, and we also assumed weapons would be left to unofficial allies. Happens in every war. The west was exhausted on this issue politically, and none could keep going supporting staying expecting to win any election on both sides, so just cut the losses and let it fall. End of shadowdiplomacy for now, and perhaps real diplomacy can start.
 
Arabs have been killing each other since biblical times. The US should have totally destroyed them or left them alone. Conventional military action was a waste of lives and money.

How are they not arabs, and just swap arab with muslim then, since we are talking a theocracy here, and race is not the issue, the religion is. And most importantly that the people in the made up nation has been used as pawns their entire history by others. And in the end of the day, it is about independence.
