Honestly, DISCERNMENT, the Gift from the Holy Spirit, was how Peter knew Ananias was lying.
Discernment is how I know when someone is lying in matters concerning God.
Not sure that makes it a Person over a Spirit?

And, if we know the Father and Son are Persons, how come we can Blaspheme them all day long and as long and still be forgiven?
If they're all Persons and Equal, they ALL should be equally unable to be Blasphemed.

So being Blasphemed doesn't make you a Person, or this reference would be Equal for all of Them.
God is Spirit means the Father, the WORD, and the Holy Spirit are all SPIRIT!

Quite the contrary, the fact that if a person blasphemes the Holy Spirit means you cannot be forgiven, even by the Lord Jesus Christ, MAGNIFIES the Holy Spirit as PERSON who is GOD at the HIGHEST Level.

Discernment is a gift - not a person - you cannot commit a Unforgivable Sin against discernment.
Peter was not lied to for Peter clearly stated "you have not lied to men but to God" - is Peter God? - No, Peter is a man.

Then Peter said, “Ananias, how is it that Satan has filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit.

You can only lie to a Person, and that Person was the Holy Spirit and that Person is also God.

I've been reading and studying the Bible daily for 41 years, including seminary! I'm hungry to know God. To know about him, and doctrine, but even more, to know HIM!

I pray God will save you. Please reread the Bible. 3 chapters of the OT & one of the NT daily get you through the Bible in a year. But I would urge you to keep reading it! I'm not hurt by your anger. No clue why I said that. My phone is really acting up, scrolling up, and I probably lost my train of thought.

But I will clarify and reword it. We do not save ourselves! I think I probably meant "Only God can save us!" We do not save ourselves. Not by belief or a sinner's prayer or anything else we do. However, I do believe God can quicken our spirits at the same time we say a prayer, and he also sparks the ability to believe when he saves us! But God is the one who justifies.

Romans 5:1 "Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,"

You are so biblical, and then you throw in made up garbage at some point, and try to prove it with verses that are out of context and simply do not say that.

I've written major papers on the Trinity, Christology and pneumatology for my PhD. That's 50 or 60 sources for each paper. Plus my knowledge of the Bible. If what you were saying was true, I would have encountered it in those 150 books/papers. Or, you would have found a way to explain it that was logical, instead of misquoting Scripture.

How did the Serpent do this - with an army of fallen angels? No
How did the Serpent bring the entire creation under him? - with words.....twisting God's words - just a little.

God came to the rescue and spoke words to the Serpent and to Eve and to Adam - the words of Prophecy and Life.

Notice what took place here, never forget this, BEFORE Sin, Adam was first then Eve and the Serpent was last.

OK, just to clarify - i do not say that Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are literally the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
But only figuratively, just as God said in Genesis and Exodus.

"This is My Name forever" = Elohim Abraham and Elohim Isaac and Elohim Jacob (Exodus 3: 14-15)
Abraham is the Father of Nations
Isaac is the only begotten Son of Abraham(Father) thru Sarah
Jacob is at Bethel(House of God) when God gave him a dream = Angels descending and ascending on a ladder from the Heaven down to the House of God = Do you know where, when and with Whom this has, and is, fulfilled???
