The Sugar!

THe USDA recommends that people consume no more than 10 teaspoons of added sugar (160 calories) per day
in a 2,000calorie per day diet.

Since it "can be tricky" to determine just how much sugar you are consuming,
keep the following in mind, the next time you go shopping:
(1) Be aware that sugar goes by many names, including syrup, corn sweetener, molasses,
and anything that ends in "ose"--such as maltose, sucrose and fructose.
(2) Ingredients in packaged foods are shown in descending order by weight;
the higher up a form of sugar is listed, the more the product contains.
(3) You can also check a product's Nutrition Facts Panel to figure out
the number of grams of sugar per serving since each gram of sugar contains 4 calories,
multiplying the number of grams by 4 will give you the number of calories from sugar
in the item.

that would have to be an average cuz some of us are 6 ft tall and some of us are only 5 ft tall some of us like 200 pounds and some of us are on a hundred pounds.Will in the Nicolation sense it's because processed suger kills Abel that is to much sugar cane kills abel,,,it because it gets into the system to fast even a baked potatoe can do that to the blood suger...now from a secular prespective eating those sugers with the right kind of fiber should make a difference.The truth it's because all food are dedicated to idols even more so with the process ones.You may say all things are lawfull that is not the truth!!! hear me out,! please. anything that violates love is not lawful murder for example.Or to eat poop it's safe to say,,well we are in a flys body so to speak = the flesh and we sometime have to say no to our former self right?,,,For the best answer,, you first have to die to self for wisdom is not found in the living.,, to wordy still the fear of god is the beginning of wisdom.
