I am not going to dignify the most recent posts with a response as,

1) they are too long;

and,

2) It should be clear that teaching that goes against the Trinity is "instruction that causes a man to stray from the words of knowledge (Proverbs 19:27) and is to be avoided.

Maybe in a while I will come back and look at all the posts that have been made; but for now I have about 30 other posts that are drawing my attention that I need to respond to.

To the bumps, I have a life outside the internet. My brother Larry had to be taken to the Hospital by me.
Also, I had to take lots of neighbors there too for various problems.

Good Night, my wife is kicking me off

No; for in the kjv Proverbs 19:27 says,

Pro 19:27, Cease, my son, to hear the instruction that causeth to err from the words of knowledge.

I do believe that modern translations were created by the devil in order to take away unity from the body of Christ.

The proponents of KJV-onlyism cause the disunity by making such claims and disparaging people who use modern translations.

No; for the disunity has to do with the difference in doctrine that takes place when you read a translation other than the kjv.

Those who read modern translations do not believe the same things that are believed by those who adhere to the kjv.

If we divide over the differences in doctrine; and say that we need to stick to the truth that is preached to us in the kjv...then we are contending for the unity of doctrine that is found in the doctrine of the kjv.

Those who adhere to the kjv will have unity amongst themselves.

Those who believe in the modern translations will disagree with the doctrine of those who adhere to the kjv.

Thus the disunity is the result of the change in doctrine that exists between the kjv and modern translations.

More stubbornness. If you would stop making an issue of it, the strife would go away. That you can’t grasp that is telling.

It is good to have strife over issues of the truth.

If nobody stood up for the truth, lies would hold sway in the lives of everyone.

And, as I have said, there is unity among those who adhere to the kjv; while those who abide by modern translations have issues with the doctrines of kjv-only and/or kjv-superior advocates.

The issue of disunity does not have only to do with the fact that we make the kjv an issue; it has to do with the fact that there are differences in doctrine between the kjv and modern translations. It is these differences in doctrine that create the disunity.

If we did not make an issue over the kjv, people would be arguing oven more about what the scriptures really say; because what is said in the modern translations would be blindly accepted as biblical truth.

As it is, there are those who still blindly accept what is written in modern translations as biblical truth; and these have an issue with the doctrine of kjv-only and/or kjv-superior advocates.

Because there is a clear difference in the doctrine of modern translations as opposed to the kjv.

And therefore the issue has nothing to do with the fact that we, as kjv-only, kjv-superior, advocates, make an issue over the kjv; but it has everything to do with the difference in doctrine that is present in the modern translations.

The disunity is over what is believed by those who abide by modern translations as opposed to those who abide in the kjv.

Do you even understand the concept of taking responsibility for your actions? YOU are causing the strife here.

probably an issue should be made (and I have read some on this by someone here in the past who posted some things about KJV) about how close to Christ the people were who translated the KJV and how close to Christ other people were/are also who translated other translations. the thing is -- the people who are becoming closer and closer to Christ are recognized by those also wanting to become Christ- like or already having followed the Spirit for some time -- are more Christ - like than many.

still -- the more Christ- like... the more correct.? I am thinking... and less errors.

Yes, I believe that the testimony is that one of the translators of the NIV was actually a lesbian.

If someone has an unusually strong reaction to something you say, or there doesn’t seem to be a reasonable explanation for their reaction, they might be projecting their insecurities onto you. Taking a step back, and determining that their response doesn’t align with your actions, may be a signal projection.
A harmful consequence of continual projection is when the trait becomes incorporated into one’s identity.

...

Although it’s difficult to do so, individuals who experience this can try to remember that the critiques (sp) are about the other person, and to be confident in who they are outside of that relationship.
