Who Justifieth the Ungodly

Rom 4:5

But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

Rom 5:6

For when we [The elect] were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

These verses tells us something about the elect ! First that by nature we are ungodly, children of wrath as others..Eph 2:3

3Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

Amen being children of wrath by nature as others is just another way of saying, that we were ungodly..

But one of the Great Gospel doctrines is described in Rom 4:5 is that God justifieth the ungodly..

Now , get this, The elect are Justified before God. by the obedience and righteousness of Jesus christ [Rom 5: 18-19] while we are dead in

tresspasses and sins, while we are by nature children of wrath even as others, and while by lifestyle, ungodly. While we the elect are in this very sinful condition, that we are Justified by Jesus christ blood and clothed in His imputed righteousness, even though we dont know it at the Time, but God knows it , because He is the one who did it..

Rom 8:33-34

33Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

34Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

You see, most false teachers today think that Rom 8 :33 applies to post conversion, but it also applies to pre conversion, for God Justifieth the ungodly, before they are converted..

Thats why its of grace..Titus 3:7

That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

Its by grace because of the sinful condtion we are in by nature when we are Justified before God..
1 John 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil;

When Paul teaches that one is Justified by Faith, Rom 5:1, he does not mean as the false teachers tell us, that one is Justified before God because of our act of faith or of believing, but that God given Faith embraces a Righteousness revealed to it, that was not our own Rom 1:16-17

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.62

17 For therein[The Gospel of Christ] is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

Phil 3:9

9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

The false teachers tells us that God counts their own faith as their Righteousness, which contradicts this very Truth !
Why do Christians seek anyone else to learn from when Jesus is the way the life the truth the WORD?
Why do they need anything else or more than Jesus?

there is a word about it though...

Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

No reference there about the Holy Spirit dyeing....? Don't think you will find such either.

Amen.

I can never understand a person using a book written in ...oh...1989 ...by Joe Blow...as a reference instead of the Bible. The Bible is always available.

The bible? Another man written book? Why not just live by the WORD for if you belong to God the WORD will be in you.
True or false?

I believe you are right but, the Bible is a God inspired/guided word. It is intended for our reminding of His commandments. On e of the main reasons for God reminding us to study His word continuously.. Other man produced books does not meet that standard.

No the bible is not the inspired word of God.
JESUS IS THE WORD OF GOD and in Him are all things of God.
There is no such thing as the inspired word of God. Jesus is not inspired.
AND HE IS THE WORD OF GOD. There is no word of God but JESUS.
And He is not some book.

The old testament is great for History.
And I read it from time to time for the history content.
And it is great at making you think if you have any wisdom.
And all the passages about Jesus and His sayings
are a must to learn and obey. It is a great manual
on the people who wrote it and their thoughts and encounters with God.

But it is not my source of truth. The Spirit of Christ is my source of truth.

Yes the word is God the son . read the bible also .. I do advise not to just look at the old testament for history alone . it gives structure to what is written in the new .. The book of Isaiah for one was reference for Jesus when he spoke in the synagogue reading . there is great relationship with the walk of Israel and God & the personal walk of a new convert with God and the holy spirit in this very life .. Great similarities

I am not a Christian.
And the reason being
is I am nothing like these people
who refer to themselves as Christians now days
and they are nothing like the Christians
in the bible. They are nothing like the Christians 50 years ago
not even the ones that were alive 50 years ago even they have changed.
God is not with them any more.

And you can see it in their existence as a whole.

I say to Christians did you know that about half of all Christians have been divorced
and it does not faze them. They have grown that cold in their hearts.

God is right now in the process of removing them from His presence and they have no clue of it.
Not even the Christian leaders around the world see it.

In fact they believe things are going to get better for them.
Just like the Jews of days gone by.

I see you are not to good with math. Or you lack the wisdom to
differentiate between 50 years with the Lord compared to 9 years with the Lord.

Which is it?

That's not how the kingdom works my friend, else Lucifer will be part of the God head and not man in Christ . today man is part of the God head which was desired by Satan by grace .

It's Jesus that died, and He also said in:

John 14:18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

and in;

John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

and Paul says:

2 Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

we know who died, and Jesus is God as well

John 14:7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

so I guess if you couldn't see it in Acts 20:28, I can't expect you to see it in these, and yet it is written, all I can say is, be fully persuaded in your own mind in what you do believe of scripture.

In the Mind of God !

In the Mind of God , a Person whom Christ died in behalf of is no more Justified after they believe, than they were before they believed, for God's Justification of one does not depend upon the act of man, which believing is, for if we believe not, He remains faithful [to the Covenant with His Son] and that is to Justify by His Blood, all for whom He died and Represented !
